About
The golf course at the Western Skies Golf Club has a traditional layout with many different challenges and beautiful views. Surrounded by picturesque mountains and valleys, the course offers a taste of the countryside, which is further enhanced by the many aged Mesquite and Pinon trees sprinkled throughout. It features tree-lined fairways with generous landing areas and tricky water hazards. Two notable holes are the 4th and 7th holes, both par 3s. Although it is a modest 186 yards, the 4th hole requires a carry over water to a heavily bunkered green. Western Skies Golf Club's 18th hole is a drivable par four with water along the right side, making this an exciting finishing hole.

Great value
Course was in decent shape: fairways great, greens would be fine but ball marks all over. I could have had a full time job repairing them. The rough needs attention. It’s almost all dirt. Overall a pretty good value when compared to the high prices for similar courses.

Great Course, Great People!
The course is always in great shape, though the greens were slow due to 2" of rain last week. The staff are fantastic! Including Jade, Matt, Annika, Ryan, Donald, Mike, Rob, Kyle, and even Jim! lol
Course in great shape
Western Skies remains one of the best golf values in the valley. Tee boxes are a little rough, but my only concern. Yesterday it was cartpath only, which was appropriate after the morning rain, but there were some who violated that rule and the course was damaged as a result. They need to have rangers enforcing the policy to protect the course.
Harassed by two young men
We were hit into us 4 times 1 st time went past my head..the men were very aggressive and intimidating to four women.
We didn’t see a Marshall once. We were behind two groups we couldn’t go any faster also we didn’t even do practice swings..Their comments “ no one has been killed by a golf ball” amongst other comments that were threatening and disrespectful and hole 16 rolls up on us to be more belligerent and trying to intimidate 4 women.. what a disgrace.
When we finished I was asked by a man at the front desk how was your game I answered” not good two young men behind us were not very nice” his Reply “OH THATS TO BAD” and walked away??
Two of your guests asked if we were ok? Your front desk man with glasses couldn’t care less!!!
