About
The golf course at the Western Skies Golf Club has a traditional layout with many different challenges and beautiful views. Surrounded by picturesque mountains and valleys, the course offers a taste of the countryside, which is further enhanced by the many aged Mesquite and Pinon trees sprinkled throughout. It features tree-lined fairways with generous landing areas and tricky water hazards. Two notable holes are the 4th and 7th holes, both par 3s. Although it is a modest 186 yards, the 4th hole requires a carry over water to a heavily bunkered green. Western Skies Golf Club's 18th hole is a drivable par four with water along the right side, making this an exciting finishing hole.

Course in good shape
Both greens and fairways…I enjoy playing this course
Great course for the price
I joined up with three others had a great day got a great deal in golf now. Greens were nice fairly quick tees and fairways were also in good condition. Well worth playing I'll be back to try it out again for sure.
Average course for its location
Slow greens on front 9. Course play pace should be monitored with a ranger. Waited 5-8 minutes on at least 10 holes although the course was not a crowded.
Played as a single joined with 3 players who seemed to be regulars. They agreed the pace of play was its shortcoming and the greens were in need of grooming.
This was a hot deals GN rate. At full rate I probably would not recommend its value to a friend if other options were available.

Played on a rainy cold day not many people around
Got paired with non golfers but was still enjoyable
The pro shop and restaurant people are outstanding. No problem with a raincheck . Appreciate the consideration the pro shop gave me.

Spend your money elsewhere
$40 course charging $80. Greens are trashed. Decent layout.
Great value
Course was in decent shape: fairways great, greens would be fine but ball marks all over. I could have had a full time job repairing them. The rough needs attention. It’s almost all dirt. Overall a pretty good value when compared to the high prices for similar courses.
