The golf course at the Western Skies Golf Club has a traditional layout with many different challenges and beautiful views. Surrounded by picturesque mountains and valleys, the course offers a taste of the countryside, which is further enhanced by the many aged Mesquite and Pinon trees sprinkled throughout. It features tree-lined fairways with generous landing areas and tricky water hazards. Two notable holes are the 4th and 7th holes, both par 3s. Although it is a modest 186 yards, the 4th hole requires a carry over water to a heavily bunkered green. Western Skies Golf Club's 18th hole is a drivable par four with water along the right side, making this an exciting finishing hole.

Good Course. Poor communication

Nice course, but spent half the round warming up. The driving range was closed without notice. Given our 6:30 am start time, it was a rough first few holes without warm up. No notice was given at time of booking of the driving range closure. We were not happy. Otherwise, the course was in good, not great shape.

The Course Is Great. The People Are Better!

Somehow, this course is always in perfect shape! Wide fairways and big, flat green enable me to break 80 regularly! The staff is great, especially Jim, Mike, Annika, Emma, Donald, Ryan, Matt and Jade!

Nice Course! Definitely Returning

Hadn’t played here before and really enjoyed it. Lots of opportunities to use every club in your bag. I can attest that the sand traps are in great condition, not hard - you can actually play out of them.

Overall the course is in really good shape especially when considering the excessively hot summer we have had.

Looking forward to playing here again.
