Longbow Golf Club
About
The Longbow Golf Club offers 18 holes of par-71 golf that measures 7,050 yards from the Black tees.
A round of golf at the Longbow Golf Club kicks off on the par-4 first hole, which measures 451 yards from the tips. The back nine kicks off on the monstrous 10th hole, a par 5 that comes in at 626 yards from the tips. The round of golf ends up a bit easier, with only 474 yards separating the tips tee from the hole, a distance that the golf club recommends golfers clear in four strokes.
Longbow Golf Club offers SoloRider golf carts, allowing golfers with disabilities the chance to get around the golf course, as the carts are able to drive right on the greens without causing any damage.

Good conditions for summer
First time playing here and I was impressed by the course layout and conditions. Great prices during summer too.
JohnBoy2
The course was in good condition, but the bunkers had dirt instead of sand. This made it difficult to get out of the bunkers when the dirt was wet.
Sleeper course
This course played extremely well and is a tucked away hidden gem! Would love to play here in fall/winter months where could enjoy it outside the 110° I played in. Pace of play was ok. We passed a 4some at the turn and finished back in 1.5 hrs. 3.5 hrs total round time.
Longbow was Looking Good
Course was in very good shape and the greens were very fast but smooth but they held on approach shots (not always the case here) Tee boxes and fairways were very nice. Bunkers had a lot of water making things kind of compacted. Overall a very nicely maintained course.
Good shape
Besides a few brown spots excellent shape. Doing some work on the practice putting green but real greens roll fast and true.
One of the great Easy Valley Layouts
It’s been a while since I’ve been here, and the condition of the fairways are a little rough, but it’s June in Phoenix and last winter and this spring were bone dry so it’s not really the fault of the course. The greens were in pretty good shape as were the tees and bunkers, we flew around the course in the afternoon until a monsoon storm blew in and we hightailed it to the clubhouse! This course will always play firm and fast and is a great challenge for mid to low handicaps from the longer tees.
Wish I lived closer so I could play more often!
Drove over from the west valley and played an afternoon round. Had an awesome lunch on the patio and was able to get out at 1:20. Staff in the pro shop and restaurant were the nicest I’ve experienced so far here in AZ. Course is going through transition (like every single other course) but the tee boxes and greens were perfect! Fairways had dry spots, which is to be expected. The layout was really fun and had a large array of different shot types required to hit the greens. The very nice cart girl also made mixed us up some delicious transfusions and was good conversation while we waited on a few tee boxes. Knowing what I know now, I would pay double just to come back!
Greens in good shape
Overall the course is in good shape for summer in Phoenix. There are some dry and thin spots but that is to be expected. The greens were in great shape. We played at 10 by the time we got to the driving range it was pretty much bare dirt.
First time course
Good course and layout. Only fault I could find was no divot mix for carts but staff said the address these issues. Fun round, great course
Longbow
Course was in pretty good shape for summertime in Arizona. Fairway was a little firm and greens were fast however the greens were able to hold the approach shot.
Bunkers were great and had real soft sand in them
Awesome course!!! I really like the GPS system especially the green layout on screen definitely play here again and again!!
Amazing Course
Beautiful course, very well taken care of. The greens were lightning fast but played true. I love the gps and course guide screen in the golf carts, it even shows the green breaks!
Great Hot June Golf day at Longbow
Great golf track, really enjoyed this round and greens were fast in great shape
Overall a great time!
Our group played at Longbow recently and had a wonderful time. The course was in great shape as it was in 100’s that day. We used the golf Now app to reserve three spots to play. One of our group added a fourth after the reservation. So we showed up with four players that day but only reserved three spots for a morning tee off. Upon checking in the staff behind the counter informed us that a fourth had been already added to our threesome. Thru the Golf Now app. He told us that we couldn’t move that player to another group that was behind us. So we were at a stand still. I asked him “do you want to cancel three players @ $53.00 person just for one golfer who registered as a single?” After 15 mins of deliberation, the staff called another staff to try to resolve the issue. The other staff effortlessly just asked the single player if he didn’t mind teeing up with the twosome behind us, which he graciously accepted. The hold up over this caused us to tee off 15 mins late of our 6:50 am tee time. The twosome didn’t mind adding the single golfer. The whole situation could of been handled better and less stubbornly by the golf shop staff. In my experience people who sign up as a single golfer, don’t mind playing with strangers…they don’t mind joining other groups who have reserved the time slot otherwise they would not add themselves to threesomes that have booked it. The guy was hassling us saying he couldn’t do anything about it. Then a staff who thought “outside the box” came up with the solution.
