Trilogy Golf Club at Vistancia
About
Now you can play in Peoria. Book a round at Trilogy Golf Club at Vistancia, which Golf Digest magazine gave five stars out of five, an honor only a couple dozen North American golf courses share - no other in Arizona. Courses with the distinction include Bethpage Black, Pebble Beach, Bandon Dunes, TPC Sawgrass and Spyglass Hill. Five stars mean, according to the magazine, "Superb. Golf at its absolute best. Pay any price to play at least once in your life."
Gary Panks designed Trilogy Golf Club at Vistancia to enhance the existing environment, and to make the course dramatic and playable. It's a round that should be on the list for a golf trip to Arizona. The par-72 course measures 7,291 yards from the Tournament tees.
After a round at Trilogy Golf Club at Vistancia head to the Verde Grill for foods both familiar and inventive.

This should be a premier course
This is the 4th time I played here. The layout is great but the condition of fairways and greens is very poor. I felt like I was putting on a Velcro and portions of the greens were just dirt. The ball bounces all over the place when putting. This has nothing to do with the pandemic. This course isn’t well looked after. It will be a long time before we come to play here again, if ever.
Absolutely Terrible
Got charged $80 to play a goat field. Greens were terrible. Half of it wasn’t even grass. No grass around greens. No beverage cart or water on course. Don’t get fooled like me, this course robs people blind for the money. Do not play here.
Trilogy at Vistancia
Very challenging layout and in good condition. Great customer service in the pro shop as well!
Terrible Greens
Greens were scalped and sanded over. Very bumpy and no pace. By far worst greens in the west valley for a $70 round. Last time I played there I was very pleased and thought it was In excellent shape, very disappointed with paying that much for these greens and no warning on website or GOLFNOW.
Worst greens in West Valley
This is a beautiful track, and normally play it once or twice a year and this by far the WORST kept greens in West Valley for $70??? And NO WARNING of conditions is being blind sided and non transparent. STAY AWAY, this course will ruin your day.
Disappointed
Course was in terrible condition! Greens were pretty much non-existent. The rest of the course was scalped grooved dried out greens were sanded. No mention on golf now or alerts to let players know course conditions are very poor. And still felt they needed to charge $77. Won't be back!
Disappointed
Course was in terrible condition. Greens are terrible. Scalped, sanded, grooved and dryed out from tee to green. No mention on golf now or confirmation email about conditions. Way over priced at $77. Won't be back!
glad to be able to play during COVID-19
under the circumstances, I was very pleased to be able to play this course. The staff was very mindful and friendly. We had an enjoyable round.
Not worth the $$$, HORRIBLE GREENS...
Do not waste your time playing this track until they get a superintendent that knows what to do. I’ve played over 1000 rounds in my 40 + years, and these were the second worst greens I’ve ever putted on. The parking lot would have been better, I’ve played on temp greens that were in better shape than these. The layout is nothing memorable, good tee boxes and fairways but nothing that really stood out. They are crazy to ask for $90 green fees. The course is up for sale so they are doing as little as possible to accommodate the golfers while cutting costs. Until they figure it out, I won’t be wasting my money here, there are to many great courses than to waste 5 hrs here.
Fix the greens
I think this golf course has a beautiful layout, and exception views. I will say though for a high dollar course, the greens are absolutely horrible. Most spots seem as if they are just painted on and it was extremely rough and bumpy. I have played this course twice now this year and they have only gotten worse. I know they are working on fixing the greens, but you should not advertise that this is the pristine course in all of the West Valley, and charge top dollar but have greens that appear as if they are painted on over rocks. I have never posted a review on here before, but thought this needed to be shared.
A hidden gem
Great golf course, fun to play with some very challenging holes from advanced to beginners! Absolutely loved it!
All Good Except.....Greens!!
Gorgeous course and with a lot of challenges for all. Clubhouse & pro shop is very nice. Staff is awesome and helpful. Course condition is exceptional from tees up to greens. The greens are in very poor condition for a. Purse of this caliber. I understand that there are reasons for the condition of the greens, however, I feel that there should have been a notice provided in advance. Otherwise, a great experience.
Yuck
I have played this course three times now. I generally try to give every course that I don’t like the first time a second chance. I have given Trilogy TWO second chances and I was miserably let down. I have played in September, November and now March. The course is known for it’s abysmal pace of play but when it’s cart path only, it only furthers the frustration in waiting. Took my group 5 hours and 20 minutes to play. The fairways and tee boxes were great which is the only good thing I can say. The greens were not green at all. Brown and not true whatsoever. The practice green was just as horrid. Our cart started dying after the 12th hole and we had to push it with what little juice it had left. Not worth the rate they charge. Ever. I have played many local courses for $40 in the past two weeks that are in much better shape and provide a much better experience than Trilogy. Sorry, but I will not be returning.
The course has nice layout.
The course has a nice layout. The greens were terrible. Late over seed and an early freeze really damaged the greens.
Handicap player
Greens were just sanded but even with that it was in great shape. Nice place
Not worth the green fees.
Was not worth the $100 green fee. Greens were sandy and bunkers hard. Pace of play was good. Course condition not so much.
This course has lots of sand traps
The course was in excellent condition and greens putted true. The sand in the bunkers was kind of course and hard at time but good experience overall.
