$20 twilight start (3PM) with cart, the two of us finished 18. Tees, fairways in great shape; greens very good. Full 72 holes, moderate from the whites but would be challenging from the blues. Highly recommend, or maybe not, to keep it our little secret! :)

A course with fairways in good condition. Greens are interesting. The balls keep their line and the speed is good.

The price is high for the course condition but it seems the standard to have higher price at Phoenix in all average condition courses with normal 70 - 71 - 72 are over 60 dollars.

Greens very poor. Nice lay out. All turf needs improvement. I did enjoy my round. Played with a very nice couple.

Staff is top notch, recommended.

Nice old school course design. Challenging but good for beginners.

Pace of play can be hit or miss. Played 18 w 4 in 3 1/2 hours. There can be weekend warriors and expect to watch them looking for their balls. Paid if play then 4 1/2 hours.

Course is well mannered. Overall good experience

This was a great deal on a great course. The only flaw in the day was having to wait on several tees while the folks ahead of us teed off. The pace of play wasn't horrible, but it was somewhat of a nuisance, and it took our foursome almost 5 hours to complete the round. Overall, however, a really nice golf course with a super friendly staff. We'll be back.

I titled this confused because the past couple years I have read quite a few reviews of this course that was less than flattering. This winter I am renting a condo just down the road from the course. I read a negative review about the pro shop. I have no clue why someone had an issue with it. To me it's perfectly fine. I felt it was well stocked with most golfing needs. The staff was excellent. Very friendly and helpful. Again, I have read reviews over the past couple years about the poor condition the course was in. Again, I found just the opposite. Yes, it's not the best manicured course. The rough is just that. But then again, most of Arizona is desert. Sure I found the rough a bit challenging. There are bare spots and a lot of wood chips. But I could tell you about a course I played last season on Guadalupe that was even worse than this was. And again, I didn't find it that bad. For the most part the greens were in good shape.. A few greens needed some work and the tee boxes were in very good condition. The pace of play was great. Played with 3 other players and we were done in 4 hrs. If I had one negative it would be the condition of the driving range. The balls were faded and the matts not in particularly good shape. I found them very worn and a bit warped. But at the end of the day I enjoyed playing there and plan on returning a few times before heading back to Chicago.

Just a bad day of golf.. its hard to get into a game with such slow pace conditions and the course was in terrible condition. more dead grass than playable grass. waited on every hole and every shot. folks were even passing us up heading to clubhouse cause they were done waiting as well

The fairways are looking and playing pretty well. The sand traps have some sand in them but the greens are the issues. They look good from a distance but up close, they are rough and have a lot of sand on them. Ball bounces and is very unpredictable. If they could fix the greens, I would play here on a regular basis.

Not worth the money. More dirt on the sides of the fairways instead of where rough usually grows.

Greens were unputtable - sands and dead spots everywhere. Off the fairways were mud and dead trampled down grass everywhere. This is the worst shape I’ve ever seen this course and I’ve played it a dozen times. Going to ask TeeOff for my money back after this one.

If your looking for a good price this is one of the courses to try. It’s older and needs a face lift. Cart paths, walls etc need repairs. Some areas have great grass and others have no grass at all. Sand bunkers have sand but it’s thin, better than others that is just dirt and rocks. Staff was friendly inside and out. Some water on course to drink, I did not see a beverage cart. Pace was ok, Thursday. The course is old so a bit short and a bit narrow but better than others. Has a driving range and practice area to warm up. Only thing they do NOT get a pass on for the cost of the round is the greens. Looks like they are trying to fix but it’s just terrible conditions on the greens, even areas with green paint on the bare dirt spots. Just terrible.

Nothing justifies paying north of $100 to play this course. I know it’s been a year, but at $112 a tee time last year we were greeted with ground under repairs on greens, some of them completely bald in areas. The track (layout) is actually pretty cool and that’s about it. But we have to be realistic about what a course is worth paying to play. And I will not pay north of $50 to play it again.

It is a decent course with nice layout. But green is really bad. The worst I ever played. If the green is even at decent level l, it would be a really good 72 par course

Terrible course. The condition is awful, the staff is horribly rude, and the course is just trash and boring. Would never play here again what a waste of a day

The course was a surprise to us, especially after playing it in the past . The fairways were in nice shape but the greens were rough. The ball bounced all over the place on the green . The sand traps had a small amount of new sand in them so that was nice . I would probably play it again in the future .

I thought the greens needed rolled as the ball would bounce when putted.

Even though the fairways seemed narrow they were in good shape.
