Fairways and greens were decent enough to play on. Everything else was an apocalyptic wasteland. Looks like they’re working on it, so I look forward to better overall conditions in the future

Played with my wife, a beginner. Lots of restoration to finish, but when complete, this'll be a GREAT short course. In the meantime, the fairways and greens were in very good condition. Traps, those that have been renovated, were among the best in the Phoenix area.

I hope they continue to maintain and improve this new course

They are just re-opening one part of the course and it us under construction and in terrible shape. This use to be a nice executive course that was left to decay. Maybe with some time and work, they can get it back, but I wouldn't play it again right now.

This course was closed for 13 years and opened 1 month ago. Looks like the owner is putting in new water sprinklers all over. Given time, some work and money into this course, it will come around. Please support the owners and give some patience, it will come around.

Didn’t realize it was walking only until arrival! Nice 9, 3 par 4s the rest par 3s. Some small fairways with dirt on the sides but for $20 I’ll take it.

The course opened back up two weeks ago. The staff was very friendly & it had a fun 9 hole layout. White sand in the bunkers, clean tee boxes and fairways. Greens need a little work but look forward to playing here more!

I have a fondness for this course, because it is my home course and was closed for 8 years. But, the evil godfather had to reopen it. The front nine are open for play and I was there to support! I always felt the course layout was 5-star at this course and it still is. The rough is nothing but dirt, I hope only temporarily, but the fairways looked good. The putting greens are a bit unkempt. Some had large spots of sand on them (not from sand hazards). The second hole stands out as the worst green. It needs some TLC. The fairways looked great. I did not like that it is only walking and the price of a pull cart was $5. But they are all new and worked great. The paths are dirty and there is a lot of work being done on the front nine. The "back nine" has not been restored yet, but the driving range is great.

This is a hard nine to walk, with the hills and dirt and obstacles on the path.

But, it felt good to golf there. And I am supporting this course to get it back to it's beautiful shape. The views were still breathtaking, the water was beautiful and it's just great to be back.

It's new and still growing. Only 9 holes are done. I walked it with 3 clubs. I will play it many more times

I played there about 20 years ago (or so); and the course still has a very similar layout. I honestly think it’s in better shape these days. Staff is friendly. Pace of play was great! They got white sand bunkers, which are amazing (but a little soft, so be careful with you sand trap shots). Overall a fun course and a great day chase some balata!!!

Been closed since 2015 ,We can only play front 9 , needs lots work , but the work they have done is decent.

Grass........ if there's one thing that a golf course should have its grass and the bunkers were like hitting off the street. This course needs help and I'm not cheap but even $19 is to much . Spend $10 more and play another course.

I am told by staff that the course is actually due to be shut on May 5th, 2013, pending some last minute resolution between the owner and residents. Pity, as it was a great hole for beginners or those working to improve their game ane the driving range was very convenient.

Fair to middling - fairways need maintenance but greens are fast and decent.
