The grass was long when not in fairway. The system they have to drop off clubs and pick them up is weird.

Played this before the “remodel” and was anxious to play it since completion. Interesting course, some very short holes, however, greens were very challenging. We enjoyed playing the course, not sure how many times will play it again but it was a fun day. Feels a little clostrophic to me on some holes, it was a hot day and property’s are in very close proximity to the course.

Excellent golf course for tuning up your short game and for playing as a couple. My wife totally enjoyed the day as did I. Will definitely play many more times.

Very nice par 3 course. Staff , course and conditions all excellent for this time of year. Greens little slow but rolled pure. Will be awesome in a a few days! Great views and pace was just over 2 hours for 18 holes! Must play Par3!!!

I had played here before the renovation and was pleasantly surprise with the new course. This is a really fun course that was challenging for your short game. Clubhouse and all the facilities are band new and modern. Great find!!! Great views just below Camelback Mountain.

This course offers a great opportunity to hone your short game skills. Reasonably challenging, well-balanced, undulating greens. A very good value for the money, and a far better than average par 3 course.

This is the first time I've played Mountain Shadows since its major renovations. The course is really short - no holes more than say 150 yds. Course is beautifully maintained, play is fast, and the experience pleasant. I booked here because I am getting back into golf after a year hiatus.

If you like par 3 golf or need to re-introduce yourself to the game this is the course for you!

Don't think that this is your typical par 3 course. The holes may look easy but you should know your game. The views were stunning and the course played very well. First time ever experiencing a special 'bonus' hole. Go play!

A great course to work on your short game. Staff is very friendly and nice.

Very nice par 3 course to hone the short irons. Thatch layer isn’t quite built up yet so greens are rock hard and fast as ice sheets. Incredible views in paradise valley.

Before the remodel it was my favorite executive course in the valley. Now I cannot recommend it. Perhaps, after the greens have matured, it will be good practice. Right now, the crews were already scalping and blowing grass and dust, and conditions were terrible.

The greens were rock hard. Fast is good, but hard, fast, and rough is not. The bunkers have good sand.

Unfortunately, the charm of the previous course has been lost. Now it is barren, and not even a pretty walk.

If you interested in giving the course a try, at least wait long enough for the overseeding to come in.

Beautiful scenic course. Great place to work on your short game but don"t be fooled, the greens are tricky.

First time playing since the re-design. No more par 4 holes which was nice. You'll get a great practice session with you mid & short irons.
