About
Great Eagle Golf Club, rated one of the most affordable golf courses in Arizona, is a championship course in the West Valley. Although it has a traditional design there are several unique and challenging elements that come into play such as undulating mounds that cause uneven lies and well-guarded greens. Water hazards also come into play on four holes. The golf course offers three sets of tee boxes so that there is some flexibility regarding levels of challenge, but overall the course is suitable for any player. The Great Eagle Golf Club, in addition to the course, also offers both a chipping green and a putting green.

enjoyed my round
have always enjoyed the layout, course in good condition greens are fine fairways are fine, good course for the money, will put it in my rotation for spring/summer
Great day
Not a very regular golfer, more so for getting together with friends enjoyed a day hitting the ball and visiting. This was a perfect course and pace. Will come again
Greens way to Fuzzy
Green felt like they haven’t been mowed and rolled in a month. Plus the bunkers have zero sand it’s all just hard pan. No reason they can’t till it over.. Pretty poor upkeep to say the least!
Great Eagle Golf Review
This course was just an OK course. The cart paths are terrible and the fairways didn't have a lot of grass which is needed for a more true hit on the ball.
Nothing fancy here
Was one of the first groups off. Wife and I had fun because we were able to golf. Paid $78 a person and I have paid much less for better courses. We had fun and course layout was good. Price is as my biggest complaint but we had to play early and they had tee time available.
Overall good
People in club house are kind course is in good shape for the price. The people who live on the course are very weird and mean, they act like they own the course. It would be good if they just went back to wherever they are from and quit being so grumpy.

This is a terrible course for your money. Staff is below average and course conditions are worse.

We've played this course before in years past. Staff was very friendly. Course quality has declined. Fairways and greens are so so. Lots of sand traps and rolling burns makes play interesting and challenging which is good. Esthetics are weak. I can go elsewhere for the same money and play a prettier course.
it was extremely slow play
Really slow play saw a course marshal on the 18th hole told him how slow it was, there was a open green in front of the group in front all day. know one was there to tell them to pick up the pace. the marshal did not seem to care.
