About
Great Eagle Golf Club, rated one of the most affordable golf courses in Arizona, is a championship course in the West Valley. Although it has a traditional design there are several unique and challenging elements that come into play such as undulating mounds that cause uneven lies and well-guarded greens. Water hazards also come into play on four holes. The golf course offers three sets of tee boxes so that there is some flexibility regarding levels of challenge, but overall the course is suitable for any player. The Great Eagle Golf Club, in addition to the course, also offers both a chipping green and a putting green.

Rough Conditions
Course in pretty rough shape, no rakes in the bunkers and hard packed sand in the bunkers, greens very slow, no sand containers to repair fairways, no wonder the course is all chewed up. Would not recommend unless just looking for a cheap place to play.
Tough
The greens and fairways were kept up very nicely. Kind of a tough course with all the hills that you need to walk up and down.
Way Too Much
The cost to play here is way too high for the value and condition of the course.....will never be back.
Not worth the money charged
Let me start this off with the food is awesome I had a bacon cheeseburger so good eat here... but ok now let's get to the course ok I paid $50 to play and it is not worth 50 to play its maybe worth $25 the course has rocks all over not taken care of oh and watch out for the bunkers might find a boulder in there lol... believe me if they kept this course up it would be a beautiful course the layout is awesome just horribly maintained
Front nine rough. Back nine nice. I only use my debit card the last month and it was three times on golf now. Someone got my numbers and charged 400 at Walmart
Fun times
The course was very challenging. I've never played a course with so many hills and small greens. We were paired with another couple that had the same golf skills that we had. It was a fun day and we exchanged numbers to golf there again.
A good value
Not sure what was wrong with those who posted scathing reviews of this course. Staff was friendly, greens and fairways well- maintained, with rough dormant and quite bare in some places. Great value and good golfing - particularly if you can keep it on the fairway.
