About
Great Eagle Golf Club, rated one of the most affordable golf courses in Arizona, is a championship course in the West Valley. Although it has a traditional design there are several unique and challenging elements that come into play such as undulating mounds that cause uneven lies and well-guarded greens. Water hazards also come into play on four holes. The golf course offers three sets of tee boxes so that there is some flexibility regarding levels of challenge, but overall the course is suitable for any player. The Great Eagle Golf Club, in addition to the course, also offers both a chipping green and a putting green.

Good course
Slow round today. Not a bad course to play when you don’t want too pay big bucks. Enjoyed playing.
Great potential
Coure has a great layout. Staff was friendly and nice. Conditions of the path were terrible bumpy with pot holes and dirt pathways. T boxes were not up to par. Some were uneven and had holes. Not very easy to find your next hole. Greens were decent. Fairway was great ruff was close to dirt. For 51 dollars i would play Encanto over and over. At also rained and was windy when we played here. This course has significant potential to be a great course in the west valley. Clubbhouse was cool as well.
Needs some TLC
Course was in pretty good condition. Cart paths are in need of major repair and so are the golf cars.
One of the best courses for the money if you can get a Hot Deal.
It was just "OK"
Course was very average. For the money, just average value.
Cart paths
I have only two complaints.
First, cart paths need to go throughout the course.
Second, I believe a beverage cart would be received well.
The course is really good.

Great Eagle Again
The course was in okay condition. The greens were a little bit rough as were the tee boxes but in general it was in good condition. Slower pace of play but we were still able to finish the round before it was completely dark,
Nice Course for Driver Play
This course is great for those who like to use their drive. Lots of par 4 and 5s. Nice course.
Value for the money
Great Eagle is a nicely laid out course for the budget minded golfer.
A bit rough around the edges but always fun to play.
Always meet great people when I go and play as a single, good way to enjoy an afternoon.
Follow the cart paths?
Instructed by the starter to follow the cart paths and use 90’ rule. Unfortunately there were very few usable cart paths, no brakes on our cart - a sack of concrete would have been a better ride. Not enough signage. We won’t be back, can’t recommend it to friends.
