About
Great Eagle Golf Club, rated one of the most affordable golf courses in Arizona, is a championship course in the West Valley. Although it has a traditional design there are several unique and challenging elements that come into play such as undulating mounds that cause uneven lies and well-guarded greens. Water hazards also come into play on four holes. The golf course offers three sets of tee boxes so that there is some flexibility regarding levels of challenge, but overall the course is suitable for any player. The Great Eagle Golf Club, in addition to the course, also offers both a chipping green and a putting green.

Course is interesting
The green could of been better. there were several spots on several green that looked like dormant grass or the overseed did not work.
Very nice golf
The course is in very nice shape and I always enjoy playing here
Slowest Round in a while
I get it, it’s a Sunday. But wow was this round slow. The course itself isn’t anything spectacular, average conditions, average layout. But it was sloooooowww. Painful watching the two groups ahead of me hack and whack their ways down the fairway only to write down a 9 on their card.
Good and bad
Nice layout, some interesting and challenging holes, but the rough fairways, and greens had a lot of grass problems.
Buy new carts
Buy new carts, spread out the tee times and your cart lady is extremely slow. We waited for 10 minutes to get a cart. No one was in the cart barn. Every time we go you are out of carts. Your range balls are exspensive.
Great day for golf
The course is in very nice shape and also great weather today.
Good Local Course
Fun course with a nice layout through some homes. Reasonably priced and enjoyable.
the course HARD TO PLAY
WE PLAYED THIS COURSE FOR THE FIRST TIME .
I HAD A HARD TIME WITH THE COURSE. THEY HAD GRASS BUNKERS INFRONT OF THE GREENS AND ALL OVER THE FAIRWAYS. THEY WERE HARD TO GET OUT OF WITH A DECENT SHOT.
I COULD NOT GET ANY ROLL ON THE BALL .
THE GREENS WERE HARD FOR ME TO PUT ON . THE COURSE RAN THROUGH A TRAILER PARK AND IF NOT FOR PLAYING WITH PEOPLE THAT KNEW THE COURSE WE WOULD STILL BE LOOKING FOR SOME OF THE HOLES. I FOUND THE COURSE VERY HARD FOR ME TO PLAY. IF I PLAYED IT A FEW MORE TIMES I AM SURE I WOULD DO MUCH BETTER. I COULD NOT BELIEVE I HAD A 90.
Great eagle
Course not in great shape but very playable.
Great outing
Enjoyed who I was paired up with. Pace of play was great - off in 31/2 hrs.
