North Golf Course at Granite Falls Golf Club

I have played the South course before and it was very nice. This day on the North course was perfect weather, 70 sunny no wind. The course had a great layout. They were preparing for over seeding . Didn't bother us much although the fairways were yellow but still grass. I would recommend to anyone looking to play here that they would find a quality golf course.

This was our first time playing this course. We were lucky to get a "hot deal" so we had a wonderful value. The course was in great condition; we found the course user friendly. We would play this course over and over again. Was truly a wonderful day on the inks.

I got to play the North course a few days back and now I played the South course. Just as nice as North. Will be back.

This was the first time I played the course and was pleasantly surprised. The course was in great shape and I will definitely be back and play again.

We have driven by this course many times and finally booked and golfed the course. The course is in excellent shape and definitely the most hilly we have golfed here. Looking forward to going back to the North course and taking on the south course as well.

As usual, the course was in excellent condition. The greens were a little on the slow side. I managed to get a great price to play. There were very few players on the course (perhaps it was the threat of storms); We got around the course in 3 hours with the other player walking. The course design has several very good holes. While the course had challenges, there is always room to hit the ball. I hit a few well off line and did not wind up in anyone's backyard. I have only eaten here once and it was a good pit stop after a round. All of the staff that I dealt with were quite friendly.

The course was in excellent condition. The greens needed to be cut shorter. They were slow. It's a nice layout and enjoyable to play.

Course in excellent shape for this time of year. Loved the green rolled true and not real fast. First time playing course so a little challenging. Staff was very nice and played in the morning and it was not too busy. Will return.

We had some family in town for the weekend and decided to go golfing. I booked back to back times in the middle of the day. There was know one in front of us and no one teeing off behind us for an hour. We originally were going to go out as 2 threesomes, but with no one around we played the first 2 holes together. We were putting on the 2nd hole when the marshal showed up and started yelling. He was going to throw us off the course and we had a big problem . All he had to do was be polite, but apparently he chose to be a tough guy . He came around 2 more times after we split up. He warned one of our groups for pace of play. We finished 18 in 3 hours and 45 minutes. Totally a rude jerk . I will take my money elsewhere next time, as I had to pass 15 courses to get there.

No one was on the course at 10am, so we played in 3 and a half hrs. 1st time playing the course, the greens were a bit slow but in good shape! Very nice layout and sand in the traps. I'm going back!

I played the North course as a single. I was paired up with three other golfers. Very nice course. Fun and challenging layout. The course was green and not burnt out like so many other courses during the summer. The tee boxes, fairways and greens were all nice and green. The course has a lot of undulations and a few sand traps in strategic locations. A few holes have water hazards. The was no cart person, but there is a water and ice station which is at the starting holes for the front and back. (first and tenth holes) There was a person at the snack shack (which is also the water and ice station) when we first tee'd off, but they had left by the time we made the turn. There was also restrooms about midway through both 9's. There is a water fountain at each. I would suggest bringing your own drinks.

Several holes have hazards that you must carry off the tee. Makes it interesting. I really enjoyed this course. We played as a foursome in under 4 hours.

Greens didn't seem to break as much as they looked, straight at the hole wasn't much off.

The greens were in horrible condition with repairs made incorrectly leaving areas you could not hold a line through. The north course is detached from the main facilities and has it's own snack bar. At 1230pm they were out of everything and we were forced to drive back to the main clubhouse. This was very inconvenient and upsetting to say the least. The only reason I would recommend this course is for the challenges it presents.

Granite Falls North Course is a nice course that has plenty of variety. There was a lot of water on the course that added to the scenery, although most of the water wasn't in play unless you hit a bad shot. The course was in good condition and there were a lot of maintenance staff working on the course. It obviously is well-taken care of. The greens had some undulations so it is good to hit your ball on the right spot on the green to make the putts easier.

Course conditions were marvelous for the last day of August, very much like hitting on a carpet!

No water jugs out around the course. They didn't have a beverage cart circling around, it was 108 today, thanks. Although the course is nice, I only played it because summer rates, glad glad got it off my list, 1 around done for this guy.

Enjoyable round with residents/members as playing partners and guide. Must know speed and breaks on greens which is where the members offered advice. Looking forward to playing again.

i have played this course many times and this is the driest i think i have come across. the course was recently aerated and that accounts for some of the bumpy greens, but the fairways seem very dry and burnt out. much more than other courses in the west valley. the staff as always is friendly and very accommodating. will play here again when the conditions improve

Fairways and grass around the greens all experiencing bad summer burnout with large portions of no grass. Greens in good condition. Both of the GF courses are great courses.....just bad time of year for them. I will definitely play here again, just not in the immediate future. Staff are always very courteous.

Had a bad day at the course. Not the courses fault. Bad swing day, but the course was in good shape.
