Come on! $4 for a small Gatorade? Gimme a break. Golf course should be in immaculate condition for those prices. The whole experience is WAY overvalued!

Completed 18 holes in 3 1/2 hrs and pace was even and golfers and staff very respectful and helpful even making suggestions on how to get over the water hazards on the back 9…hadn’t played there in a year, improve score by 5%

I had a great time at this course. The views were amazing. The fairways were nicely kept. My only complaint is the greens could have been in better condition. They were a little on the rough side and made my ball bounce when putting which changed the direction of my line multiple times.

Greens good. Course was pretty dry. We are in water shortage. Sand traps hard.

Good layout, fun and challenging course, however, the greens on almost every hole were in very poor condition.

Having played this course numerous times, this is always the case and is the reason I don’t play it more often.

For price you pay to play there it is frankly disappointing

I liked the coarse, first time playing it and I went out at 7am by myself so the pace was a 3 hour round.

My belief is that golf is a service industry and if the staff isn’t friendly for the price of golf then I probably won’t return. You just got the feeling that the staff was bothered by you being there.

I would play the coarse again, maybe it’s the scamdemic, they’re true believers in Monterey.

Went out as a single and was made to play in a group with a brand new golfer who took 4 swings (not practice swings) before hitting the ball on the 5th time. Then the ball went through his legs and on to the 18th tee behind us. Luckily they offered to let me go ahead of them and the course was wide open the rest of the way. The restaurant isn’t open yet, there is no cart service and the snack bar off the 10th tee is limited. Greens are smooth but a bit slow, traps are getting better but still hit and miss.
