Good place
Good place to go nice weather there not to call not too hot nice greens let’s go
Paired with first time golfer
Went out as a single and was made to play in a group with a brand new golfer who took 4 swings (not practice swings) before hitting the ball on the 5th time. Then the ball went through his legs and on to the 18th tee behind us. Luckily they offered to let me go ahead of them and the course was wide open the rest of the way. The restaurant isn’t open yet, there is no cart service and the snack bar off the 10th tee is limited. Greens are smooth but a bit slow, traps are getting better but still hit and miss.
Seca has not recovered from COVID
Always loved the Robert Trent Jones’ Sr and Jr layout, but the traps are in rough shape, the fairways are hard and the cart paths are in play and the ball can stick to them and roll. My drive on one traveled 450 yards, 100 yards beyond the par four hole. Hurts that the paths are concave shaped like drainage ditches. The practice area and range is a plus but the restaurant is still closed there and there are signs basically telling you not to loiter after your round.
Getting back into good shape
Been playing here for over 20 years. Have always loved the course Looks better that I’ve seen it in months Very challenging as well Have played one of my best rounds ever on this course A must play if your in the area

Staff was friendly, COVID protocols followed. First time at this course. The course got me. It was challenging but in a way that you feel you would want to come back and take it on again. Too bad the restaurant was closed. Looking forward to hanging out after a round. I would definitely come back.
Difficulty !!
If you don’t think it’s tough enough move to the pins back it will change the whole game
Great Course.
Compared to some of the other courses in the area the greens aren’t as nice, but for the price and pace of play it was well worth it for me.
