Laguna Seca Golf Club

We gave up and left after the first 9 that took almost 3 hours to get around. When I took my cart key back to the desk I made mention of this, the guy acted like I was being a jerk for saying something. Sad, used to be a great course.

Haven't played here for over 6 months, mainly because of the greens & bunkers. Greens are the best I have seen them in over a year, and they have put a lot more sand in the bunkers. Dewsweeper, 3 hour round!

If the course is closer I would play here a more often. Just the rIght length for me and pleasant to spend an afternoon golfing.

I've played here several times, always have a good time. Course is always in good condition. My only complaint is one I have for a lot of courses, the sand traps seem to be ignored. Hard surface very little sand. The greens had recently been aerated, but I've always found them to be well groomed and fast.

Greens had recently been aerated and were not in very good shape. Wish the booking app had given this info. Would have not played there on this date. Having said this, it is a good course when greens are in top condition and I do enjoy playing there.

I saw an advisory sign regarding aerification so I called the course. I was told it was ok now. So I made a t time and play the next day. All the greens were so sandy. I was so disappointed and left after 12th hole. An experience to learn from the staffs here.

I have always liked the course layout and it’s a pretty good value. The greens though were very bumpy this time and the fairway condition was just so so. The later was surprising given we’ve had some good rains recently but the fairways were not at all lush. I’ll keep coming back though, the views are great and there are a couple of very challenging holes.

I've played this course many times over the years. However, the condition of the fairways and some greens were not good. After a wet year prior, I expected the fairways to be lush, they were not. Some of the greens had a disease of some kind.

I like the layout but will probably take this out of my course rotation.

Overpriced for what you get. Almost a 5 hour round waiting on 3 groups of 2 in front of us. Snack bar menu consisted of 10 items all of which beside 2 were not available. The lady said the tuna was unservable lol. Can't blame the wind on the staff but it didn't make the day any better. The hole 15 par 5 was altered due to excavators parked on the fairway because they were dredging the pond. Bunkers were nice and soft and greens were well kept.

Great day with my dear friends. Little cold and windy but can't beat the course. One of my Monterey favorite spots.

Had a great round, just a bit cold and breezy, will play here again. Recommend this course!
