Unique layout and absolute perfect condition. Cath paths brand new and greens without even a hint of a divot mark. Overall beautiful

Just ok conditions
Considering we are early spring, 4 stars. Greens were punched a month ago or so and still very bumpy and slow. Which was very disappointing because no prior review this year mentioned that. Tee boxes and fairways just fair due to high grass. Bunkers were in great shape. New cart paths were very nice! If you want a nice smooth putting surface wait till May.

An all around great course
This course has something for everyone and I feel it’s the best value in the Richmond area. To start, the practice area is well maintained. The layout has its challenges but still quite manageable with elevation changes, bunkers, water and doglegs. The greens are in very good condition as well as the approaches. You can walk this course (not me). This year new smooth cart paths were installed throughout the course as well as new bridges. I especially like the course because it’s still pretty, without homes crowding every fairway and tee box.

Always enjoy playing here.
If you live anywhere near the Richmond area you must play here. Great facilities, huge range, nice pro shop and restaurant. Course is a great layout and close. No need to drive long distance, they’re right here. Lot’s of fun holes and hills. Love playing here. Always a reasonable price too. The only thing that I could offer is perhaps yardage markers on sprinkler heads or the like.
