About
Since the opening of Bent Creek Golf Course in 1989, the 6,420-yard, par-71 course has provided a challenging golf experience for residents of Northeast Florida and visitors alike.
Crafted by renowned architect Bobby Weed with consulting services by Mark McCumber, Bent Creek's meandering terrain takes golfers through a certified Audubon Cooperative Sanctuary, towering pines and alongside creeks and swales. The championship layout boasts Bermuda grass greens, plush fairways and a state-of-the-art lighted practice facility - home of the Bent Creek Golf Academy.
From the back tees, Bent Creek carries a rating of 71.6 and a slope of 136. The challenge starts with the first hole, which measures 538 yards from the gold tees, just 20 yards short of No. 15, the longest hole on the golf course.

Thanks for new carts!
Finally got new carts and they are nice! When you going to put sand boxes on them so I can fix my divits in the fairway? Course Looking good, please stay on top of those par 3 tee boxes.
Family time
Bent Creek offered a fair price. Course conditions were good. Greens were a little slow with a few small bad spot. The fairways offered plenty of grass. Enjoyed the day with family. Was really hot.

Greens and fairways were NOT in good shape at all. Wouldn’t recommend.

The greens need a lot of work, as do their Golf Carts. I think the charges are a little high for the course conditions and cart condition compared to what is available close by.
Keep up the improvements
The greens are faster! But still continue to work on par 3 tee boxes especially hole2. Other than that I enjoy playing here every week!

Fun course
I play here regularly, 9 handicap. It's a challenging course, especially off the tees, and a fun layout. Slicers beware - tight fairways with water, out of bounds, and unforgiving trees. Greens are starting to get in better shape but need to be redone. Some tee boxes need grass. Staff is very friendly and practice facilities are good. Had a pair of TuneUp lessons with the club pro and they were very helpful. Golf carts are outdated and need to be upgraded badly. Pace of play is usually good and keeps me coming back.

Thanks for trying to fix the par 3 tee boxes, especially number 2 hole. It still needs work other than that I love this course and play it every week. Hate losing balls here!!! Lol

Slow back 9
This is this is the 3rd. Time I played the front 9 in an hour and 20 minutes. Get to the back 9 and total stand still. Would be nice if pace of play was enforced by a Marshall or staff. Par 3 tee boxes still need to be re-soded especially the second hole. A great course that I love to play every week .

Tee boxes
Please sod the par3 tee boxes. And get some new golf carts. Besides that course is great and the staff is wonderful.

Golf at Bent Creek
I really enjoyed to play there although the cart I drove was in bad shape. Some cart paths are so-so but I’ll play it again.

More grass on the tee boxes
I love this course and play it every week. Please resod the tee boxes especially hole # 2. I play the white/silver tees. On the second hole it’s like teeing off in dirt! Golf cart brakes are bad on a lot of them. I’m sure that’s because of high usage because of Covid 19. Other than that a fun challenging course.
Greens were punched couple weeks ago and were not even close to starting to recover, needs a lot of work, would be fair for $35 course
