Bent Creek Golf Course

Thanks for trying to fix the par 3 tee boxes, especially number 2 hole. It still needs work other than that I love this course and play it every week. Hate losing balls here!!! Lol

This is this is the 3rd. Time I played the front 9 in an hour and 20 minutes. Get to the back 9 and total stand still. Would be nice if pace of play was enforced by a Marshall or staff. Par 3 tee boxes still need to be re-soded especially the second hole. A great course that I love to play every week .

Please sod the par3 tee boxes. And get some new golf carts. Besides that course is great and the staff is wonderful.

I really enjoyed to play there although the cart I drove was in bad shape. Some cart paths are so-so but I’ll play it again.

I love this course and play it every week. Please resod the tee boxes especially hole # 2. I play the white/silver tees. On the second hole it’s like teeing off in dirt! Golf cart brakes are bad on a lot of them. I’m sure that’s because of high usage because of Covid 19. Other than that a fun challenging course.

Greens were punched couple weeks ago and were not even close to starting to recover, needs a lot of work, would be fair for $35 course

The city shut the course down because of the virus it was shut down for 4 to 6 weeks maybe longer they had people working while it was shut down what did they do I don't know the greens are in horrible shape tee boxes are mess and the fairways are very hard it would be a couple of months before I go back

Recently punched with big holes and not a great job sanding them back in. Hopefully they will get better soon.

I had heard the course was closed for repairs so I called and the pro shop confirmed that the course had intended to conduct repairs but was unable to do so and thus was open. I was told the course had been aerated a couple of weeks ago and that no one had complained. Well, the greens were unplayable as the holes were nearly dime-sized and prevented any smooth play. The tee boxes were equally poor with large areas devoid of grass. The course allowed a five-some in the group ahead of us so the pace of play was terrible at nearly five hours. On the back nine we encountered two carts that had broken down in the fairway, one from the five-some ahead of us, further delaying play.

The staff at the course matched the excellent weather with their efforts to provide clean, sanitized carts, and advice about slow play.

I always enjoy playing here. The staff is outstanding. I enjoy the course layout. My only negative for today is the greens were recently punched. Putting was difficult but the greens will be good again soon. I’m glad they are back open.

play this course every monday. Ranger needs to enforce pace of play. golfers playing 2 balls, golfers looking for balls in creeks and marshes instead of playing! greens faster but now their bumpy.

This course is a bargain and one of the hidden gems in the Jacksonville area. BUT I have to warn you that it is rather challenging because the fairways are tight. Trees and water come into play on almost every hole. So it requires that you have very good ball control.

Course is in good shape ,greens are a little bumpy but its a nice tract to play.

Bent Creek is notorious for trying to get more players to come here to play and will do so by offering lower prices. knowing they have a seniors tournament scheduled that started late. dont waist your time pay a little more and get done a lot faster.

I always enjoy playing at Bentcreek.. The course was in great condition for the time of the year.. They do a great job.

A little above average while the greens were not in good condition.
