Bent Creek Golf Course

The greens were extremely slow even on downhill rolls. Overall layout of the course is fine, but tough to score with such slow greens. Several of the fairway bunkers were missing rakes. The staff including the starter were friendly.

This is the third time I have played Bent Creek and it's always a fun place to tee it up. The staff is very helpful. Tom was our started and rather than just telling me I was next in the tee and that I would be joining a twosome, he took the effort to introduce me by name to the other two gentlemen before we went to the tee. I thought that was a classy touch.

The course is in good shape. Greens were the best I’ve seen them. But the tee boxes were trash on a couple holes and were not very level on several occasions. Nothing like hitting driver with the ball above it below your feel thru no fault of your own. Other that that conditions were excellent.

For a round of golf for under $30, ya can’t beat the value!

Seem that tee times are non existent, people just jump to the first tee whenever they want. Water levels are low and so the swamp gasses are strong.

Course was in good shape.... Greens were a little on the slow side and the fairways need some work, but overall the our outing on the course was not bad.

The pace of play was good not crowded at all... we were able to beat the bad weather coming in and the starter allowed us to go out early.

This course has greatly improved!, but they need a ranger to keep pace of play. Today had walkers and that should never be on a Saturday morning start.

Then it started to pour . The 3 holes we played were great, nice course and very friendly staff. Will definitely go back, worth the drive.

Over all in good condition I give it 4 out of 5 srar.

Great course; please tell mowers to shut off mowers and move out the way when I’m about to hit the golf ball!!

This is a challenging course with some holes you can take advantage of. Greens are greatly improved after the repairs. Great value for the cost.

Nice conditions ... many of the holes were challenging having to hit over a long section of rough to reach fairway or greeen

Course was in decent shape with very playable greens. Better grass on greens than Eagle Harbor and Eagle Landing.

Excellent fairways and greens. The golf course is outstanding.

Great challenging course. Greens are still under repair. Tee boxes need more grass, especially the par 3 tee boxes. Ranger needs to enforce pace of play! Some guy was jumping around from hole to hole hitting more than one ball and holding people up.

I play at Bent Creek maybe 2 times a year when I'm visiting relatives in Jacksonville. I've never had a bad experience there. The staff is friendly as well as the people I've been teamed up with. Some greens were a little beat up but for the most part playable. I like because it's close to where I'm staying and fairly easy to get a tee time.
