Grand Cypress - North/South

I couldn't believe what I paid to play this beautiful course. A very challenging layout on the north/south and the conditions excellent. A great Nicklaus course that can't be missed.

This course is an absolute steal for the money. Perfect condition and pace of play was good for as crowded as it was. Wished I lived closer to take advantage of this price more often. Staff was awesome too.

Second day after Christmas is still kind chaotic. Waiting for carts for 12:18 tee time. The returned cart, while cleaned quickly, didn’t have enough juice and died in Hole 4. It took a while to figure out which number to call to reach someone live instead of robot....... these various episodes are prone to mess up your game..... but the green is excellent.

I've played all three nines. East is the worst of the lot. Island green is the worst island green I've played on (out of 10 or so) - its quite large, wedge shot downhill, and there's trees/rough/bunkers to help you stay on.

So in summary: play south/north. If not, south/east. If not, north/east.

Souths the best 9, then North, then East.

Consistently great shape tee to green. Never a let down.

First class from the moment you the valet your car for free. The greens were fast and smooth. The staff was exceptional. The teeing ares were ample and very well maintained. The faiways were ample and in great shape.

I will be back.

I have played this course in the past and have had good experiences. I was in town on business and picked up a hot deal which I could not pass up. Today's experience was the best ever here. Very friendly staff, great pace of play and very good course conditions. My only regret is that I cannot get the same deal for tomorrow.

Course, pace of play awesome drinks and snacks ridiculously overpriced

Played here on Wednesday the day before Thanksgiving and got a great deal on GolfNow. We played the South/East and both are in great shape, and the over seeding did not effect the course at all. We played as a twosome in about 4 hrs, got backed up on the turn with other groups going out first on the East course. Conditions of the course and the staff are excellent here as well. I always play the course when I travel to Orlando and have never been disappointed.

I gave this a 4 because there was no 9 hole stop to get a quick bite. Greens were good but slower then I play. To get full view of holes start from tips and look around then proceed to your tee color. Pace was good. Fairways good. Looks like seed on ground must be seeding for rye. Other wise good course. I am a 9 handicap.

All around great day on the course and on the outdoor patio after.

This course is always in great shape and although several of the holes are quite difficult, we always have great fun and really enjoy our days out here.
