Twin Rivers Golf Club

About
At Twin Rivers Golf Club experience a course that combines the natural beauty of Florida with a consistent test of shot-making abilities. Nestled between two rivers this golf club offers eighteen unique and challenging holes surrounded by environmentally protected areas.
The fairways are well defined, and the greens, surrounded by mounds and pairs or trios of large bloomy bunkers, provide ample targets. Most holes encourage the player to favor one side of the fairway or green over the other, steering away from large and obvious hazards such as lakes, trees, or the large, flat bunkers.
All of this adds up to a very nice and playable course that tips out at only 6,636 yards and thus, due particularly to the price, is a first page recommendation for those seeking public golf in Orlando.

Watch out for Momma. Photo submitted by Steve8905914 on 08/19/2014
Nothing but great things to say about this round. This course punishes you for missing the fairways and I did plenty of that. Still a fun round. Hard to be mad when the course is this nice. Never saw anyone else on the course until hole 18. We were on the tees while they were on the green.
Wow, what an improvement!
I had to write a review on how nice the course is now with all new greens, fairways are plush, bunkers new sand, raked and well manicured. Course was busy but pace was perfect. If you haven’t been here lately, it’s a must visit! You can also add lunch to your round for like $5 and worth it.
Loved it!
Hesitant to play due to mixed reviews but honestly I loved it! Interesting holes, beautiful scenery, fairways and greens were awesome conditions!! Amazing value for the price. Booked my next 2 rounds with them before I left. See you again soon!
Tough course in good shape
Firm, somewhat fast, elevated greens. Lot's of well maintained bunkers. Not much rough to stop errant shots before they disappear into woods or water. Lots of wildlife on the more remote holes. We saw a gator the size of a canoe and waited for deer to run across a fairway.
Outstanding condition!
Overall outstanding condition. Last time I played was late spring /early summer and the greens were in some of the worse condition I’ve ever seen on a course. They have redone the greens and they’re clean and running quick. The only negative feedback I have was the pace of play. We started at 8:36 and there were some slow players backing it up. We ended up playing through, but I wish the marshal had just pushed them to speed up, since we didn’t pass them until much later.
Redemption
I was hesitant to come back because of what shape it was in last time. I’m glad I got convinced to come back. The course is in beautiful shape. I look forward to coming back. The turn dogs were good, too.
Twin rivers
The course was in great condition but the pace of play was extremely slow
Beautiful course but always waiting
As an Oviedo resident since 1989, I can say this is the best the course has ever looked. With that said, everybody and their mother is on the course and playing it now so it’s hard to get a round in less than four hours, even if you are solo.

Course was in great shape - harder than I expected but great value for the money
Worst customer care and president ever!
So let’s start off by saying that the President of the golf course delayed a golf outing for an hour shotgun start so that he could play skins with his buddies. Now, after that that created a delay in the start times by an hour and change for all the people that were willing in paying customers that were after the golf outing that they allowed us to book. Not only that, but when asking the clubhouse, why are we delayed almost an hour and a half to two hours they told us well. The members get priority so we’ve been fitting them in the gaps. We sat at the first T for 42 minutes waiting with an empty tea box for them to have groups that we’re getting lunch and drinks at the clubhouse, but we weren’t allowed to tee off because they didn’t want us to interrupt their rate of play. This was absolutely abysmal and unacceptable. Think of the president of a company that decides that his needs to gamble with his buddies and friends in the mornings to play skins, takes the priority over paying customers and the paying golf outing and people that have a schedule to meet and scheduled to keep. But I guess that means just rules for the but not for me. This guy seems like a real tool and extremely selfish and would probably make a great politician because he wants to do everything his way when he works for us and he works for the people that pay the association and pay the golf courses. We don’t work for you I’ve golfed over 100 courses in the last year and this by far was the absolute worst service the only people that were decent human beings that tried their best were the two young men in the golf shop one in the morning and one in the evening. The worst part was them coming around and telling us we are sorry for the delay, but please stop by the pro shop and we will give you a free round of golf But by the time we get to the clubhouse, the management is all gone. They decide to leave for the day and the young man in the golf shop, we all felt so bad for because everyone was so angry because they were handing you a coupon for 10% off roughly of your next round of golf. This was absolutely pathetic as I was saying abysmal and the worst service when most people were driving 45 minutes to an hour to visit this course because of its beauty and it’s maintenance. I don’t understand how when hearing some of these stories they said that this is pretty common and hearing from inside sources and speaking to people that work for the golf course that this is a pretty common occurrence with the management staff is pretty scary.
