1 & 10 at University Park Country Club

A great golfing experience with interesting challenges on the greens and sand traps—— beautiful views of each hole’s layout and GPS! I Expect to play this course often during my season stay when economical golfing rates are available.

The course is always enjoyable and in good shape. As one of the nicer courses in the area, I would like to see the pace of play be better. The course has rangers, which is a great start. Move the people along. If they can’t keep up, have them skip holes. Waiting on almost every shot is not enjoyable.

Have been playing here every year since 2016 and the conditions of the three nine holes are always top notch.

Tight course, the average player will find trouble but keep your cool and you can still make par. It was windy which always adds to the difficulty, so pick you tees carefully.

For public golf in Florida, this was an excellent course when getting a hot deal. Facilities and personnel were great. Layout was above average but not outstanding. Greens rolled nicely. Although it is in a residential development the houses were not on top of the fairways like too many Florida courses. It didn’t wow me as a course, but I didn’t leave disappointed. I’d think twice about paying the non hot deal greens fee but certainly would play it when I get a hot deal.

What a great course and great team! I almost add a 5 star review, but need to recommend them to have more mix on clubs rental. Good clubs for seniors, but not for the rest of us. In 30 more years, I'll appreciate them for sure.

We spent a week between Tampa and Sarasota and were able to play 5 times. out of all the course we played (including TPC Tampa) this ways by far the best course. The clubhouse is going through some upgrades (mainly to the grille area) which will only add to the value of this facility. A must play if you are in the area.
