About

Holes 18

Style Desert
Par 72
Length 7143 yards
Slope 139
Rating 73.5

This is the older, tougher brother at Revere Golf Club. The Lexington stretches out to 7,143 yards from the back tees and it has plenty of forced carries, shots up to raised greens and fairways that hold almost as many curves as Halle Berry. You might want to have a little of Paul Revere's can-do spirit to tee it up here.

The Lexington rarely gives golfers the same look twice. Water comes into play on only two holes and if one hole features a bunker challenge, you can bet the next will hit you something like desert brush. This is a grab bag of golf challenges.

"This is in the top-30 percent of Vegas-area courses," TravelGolf.com National Editor Tim McDonald said. "It isn't overly long, but the scenery is terrific and the course can be very challenging; it's one of the toughest courses in the area, in fact. If you're a fan of target golf, forced carries and serious elevation changes, you'll enjoy the Lexington course."

Slow pace

It’s simple. Slow pace. Didn’t finish my round after 5 hours.

Nice Layout - Lots of play

Course has a nice layout for being amidst a residential development. Little bit of a desert feel with some nice elevation changes. Tee boxes are rather beat up and small and all have a tendency to slope to the front of the tee boxes. Group I played with often had to struggle to find spots where the ground was flat and had grass to tee the ball. Greens were recently aerated.so hard for me to rate. Very bumpy but at the same time they were fast telling me they will be quick when grown in.

Being in a development with as many homes as there are I am sure this course gets a ton of play which is why the conditions were rated as average. Layout is really nice and allows you to go after each shot as fairways are rather big. Would not pay much more to play here. After playing 6 rounds in Mesquite and St. George prior to playing Lexington, it made this course look like a municipal course which is most likely not fair. as there is no comparison.

absolute terrible pace of play.

It took almost 4 hours to do the first nine, which was actually the back nine because. there was a youth tournament ahead which we were not aware of which I believe contributed to the pace of play. and on the 9th (18th) green there seem to be a kids baseball BBQ which was extremely loud and disruptive... especially being as close to the green as it was.

overall a terrible experience.

Very nice course in a very good shape.

The course is in a very good shape. But the greens a very fast. Don't be disappointed if you have a bunch of three putts.

Great Course! Slow Pace of Play.

This was my second time playing this course. Course knowledge really helps on a couple of the holes. Conditions were good but there were some wind gusts. Pace of play was extremely slow -- a 5-hour round. Marshall was friendly and apologetic for the slow groups ahead. He made every effort to make our time on the course a good experience.

Great Experience

The course was in good condition. The staff was friendly and helpful. There are picturesque views of the mountains and the Vegas Strip. And to the woman off of hole 6 whose house I hit. Yes, I am a terrible golfer, and that was a one in a million bad golf shot, but no, I won’t quit golfing.

Course is Challenging and Fun

My buddy and I had a great time playing the Lexington. Excellent pro shop and restaurant. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Carts are equipped with GPS. Be sure to check the hole layout and check your distances. You will use all the clubs in your bag. Booked our first round through GolfNow Hot Deal. This was the first course on our golf outing. After playing seven other courses, we decided to come back here to play our last round. Will come back to play again.

Implicit bias

I scheduled a tee time for my wife and I, and I can’t believe the rudeness. We ordered lunch at the restaurant and could tell the difference in our customer service compared to others. Then we were late starting our round because of the bookings, and then Marshall made our foursome skip 2 holes because he stated we were 10 minutes behind after starting us approximately 5 minutes late. I will be requesting a refund from the course that made us feel very unwelcome.

Great course

The Lexington course was really nice. Fairways were in great shape as were the greens. The course layout was somewhat challenging, but a joy to play. The views of the city below the course were at times beautiful.
