The Legacy Golf Club

This is my second time playing this course. I played it last year and thought it was a good course then. The course has improved even more. The staff is friendly and helpful, the food is great and the course is challenging and in great shape! I would definitely recommend this course.

I earlier today submitted a review but I forgot to add that when the marshall first approached us, we had just let the people behind us play through, which also slowed down our “pace of play”. This was our 3rd day playing golf and we all play together 2-3 times per year and are good at policing ourselves, so we didn’t need this Marshall to be so aggressive which he was because “he had really good players coming up behind us!”

At my golf club the course Marshall is called a players assistant, a less confrontation term. I was golfing with my husband with Parkinson’s and my 81 year old sister you had an injury and my 85 year old brother in law who will be having surgery on 2 toes on Monday. We had just started playing best ball on hole #8 when the Marshall informed us that we were behind the pace of play. Then he came back a couple of holes later to complain again about out pace of play. So we skipped hole #10 and then we had to wait about 10 minutes for the people in front of us to play @ par 3. Then at hole number 11, we could head to 14. We teed off and the people behind us said it would be OK. There were 2 sets of 2 guys in front of us that the people behind us said that they weren’t supposed to split. Where was the Marshall for that? However, we were able to keep up by playing best ball. But we lost playing 4 holes. So we should be played back $64 for not getting in our full round of the $286 we paid

The place is well maintained. Fairway and greens are in good condition. My tee time was 2 pm and got dark towards the last hole. But I enjoyed playing there. Will go back again next time I visit. FYI, bunnies are playing on the greens too!

I can’t believe how the course bounce back from having no water in the summer due to a broke. main. Fairways were green and green were fast and true. A windy day scared golfers away so we had the course to ourselves. Finished under 3 1/2 hours. We’ll be back.

If you not played Legacy lately, give it a go. The greens are excellent, true and quick. Overall course is very nice, playable from everywhere and one of the most enjoyable layouts in the valley.

Fairways and greens were nice, everything outside the that was just dead bare lies. Very hard to chip off. Cool layout but still needs some work around the greens.

After a few years of sub par conditions, Legacy is back. Fairways and greens are in excellent shape. 95% of the bunkers have new sand. The rough is a bit thin and bare in some spots otherwise I’d rate them a 5 out of 5. Friendly staff. Currently, My favorite course to play in the Las Vegas area.

Love legacy & Rob at the starters box. Course was in great shape yesterday. The pin placements indie the early morning rounds was insane though! Had a great time & will definitely be back.
