Royal Links Golf Club is a tribute to the birthplace of golf-Scotland, Ireland and Britain. The course will feature 18 holes inspired by the most famous golf courses in the world. Courses such as Royal Lytham, Royal Troon, Prestwick, Royal Liverpool, The Old Course at St. Andrews, Royal Birkdale, Royal St. George, Muirfield, Turnberry and Carnoustie have all contributed to the design of this course.

Unique
The course itself was very unique featuring some of the greatest holes in European golf. The pace of place was too slow for me. I would be interested in testing this course with a caddie as some of the holes had some unexpected landing areas.

Sensational!
I was very much looking forward to my round, had travel plans to go to Scotland over the summer and they were Covid cancelled. Stumbled onto this course searching the courses of Vegas and what a very pleasant surprise. For sure not an easy course, risk reward course management strongly advised, but a golfers delight awaits you. Kudos to the staff for keeping the place in great shape. Great time hoping to play it again very soon!

Links golf in the desert!
Fun links course in the desert. Well worth your time! If you haven’t played, I recommend you should. The club house is a castle which is neat and the entire staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Just do it! Trust me!

Very fun day
I visit Vegas every 3-5 years. I always try to play different courses when I visit, because of the many options. When I saw this track on Golfnow and read what it was all about, I gobbled up the hot deal and hoped I would hitem straight.
All the republca holes are fun to play. I use to play a lot of PGA Tour on PlayStation 15-20 years ago, so I did recognize a few of the holes. As you drive into the parking lot, you see the St. Andrew’s road hole to your left. ( no hotel tho)
The course has 108 pot bunkers! I got caught in 3 of them. The first one was about 4 feet deep. I was kinda excited about trying to get out of it. Unfortunately, that bunker had only about 1/2 inch of sand in it. It hasn’t rained in Vegas for over 200 day’s and it was nothing but hard pan under the sand. When I got into my second pot bunker, the same thing. When I unfortunately got caught in the last one, I just took it out and took my penalty and moved on.
I’m a bogey golfer and shot 92 from the whites. ( Just under 5900. Next tee up was posted at 6600.) was able to play the par 3s at +1. Fun day and recommend!

15 handicap. I loved it! Great Idea for a course. The Clubbouse reminds you of the British isles. Staff is great. Keep it in bounds, there is a lot of high grass. Some over a foot long.
