Good Track / Great Value

From out of town. Really good course for the value. With the exception of the bogus cup cutting job, the greens were impeccable. A few GUR spots in the fairways (repairing some dead grass), but they didn’t really interfere with play. Pace was ok for a Friday afternoon. Will definitely play again.

Nice golf course, great greens

Nice golf course not far away from the strip, you can shave strokes off your green by staying left Center of most fairways. Had fun.

Course plays well if you can stay out of the watershed drains on the right side of all holes. Really liked the greens that were in great shape.

The club at Sunrise

Have to play left the whole round. Course plays around a drainage wash, the right side always breaks downhill to the ditch. Sparse grass so even decent shots roll downhill to the water.. Okay for a warmup if you get it cheap.

Never Again

First time playing here. Not good. First of all, when I book a tee time that's what time I would like to tee off. Not 30 minutes past that. I understand things run behind sometimes but I booked as a single and they said they had to shuffle some people around but yet I watched groups of three go off in front of me. Then at the turn we had four groups waiting on number 10 tee. This was a brutal day. I'm not picky and I'm usually just glad I'm out and able to golf but this course is terrible. You would hit drives dead center in the middle and lose your ball to the drainage ditch every time. The greens were punched not too long ago and they were in terrible condition. I know they will be great in the future but this course is not worth $50 and that's a resident rate. I wouldn't pay more than $20 to play this course. I've played golf courses all over the US and all over the world and this is top three worst I've ever played. The layout is terrible and as stated previously it doesn't matter where you hit your ball it's going to go in the drainage ditch to the right everytime. I try to stay positive and I want to find a good thing to say but I just can't about this course. Run away from this place.

Interesting layout

First time playing here, on a blustery, rainy day that ended sunny. Greens recently aerated but ok for putting. Several areas of ground under repair, which I appreciate that the staff is addressing problem areas, unlike so many other courses that simply ignore this stuff. The layout forces you to stop hitting to the right and not hit over the green - useful lessons in general. Overall enjoyable and i will be back.
