Golf Summerlin - Highland Falls Course

The course had been winterized (overseeding fairways and greens) and had not grown in when we played. It was a windy day, but had a great time playing the course. Not overly difficult, but still challenging. Lots of houses around the course, but was laid out to give plenty of room for missed shots. Staff was very friendly.

The course just came off over-seeding, so it was cart path only. This slows down play but still came in at 4 hrs. Give it two weeks, and this course will be in great shape and a worth wile course to play.

So a little disappointed by course conditions but understand. Fairways are horrible while they kill off the grass to reseed. Greens were a little on the rough side too. Overall can see a challenging course, with great views when they get their course back in shape.

Enjoyed playing here. Back nine had great views of downtown and the strip. Conditions were good.Staff was friendly. No beverage cart, but they ran out more free water on back nine

I understand that conditions this time of year can be poor. But the greens where quick. You had to kind of bounce on to the green or they would roll off. The fairways looked like they had been punched, but definitely playable. Awesome price and the course has some pretty cool views.

Ive been playing in laa vegas a lot, but this course is good for amuater players, not too hard and too easy. Grass is very clean cut and nice. They take care good of thwir course.

Greens, fairway's and some of sand traps need a lot of work

Not every Vegas course can have a spectacular desert vistas for a view but for a course surrounded by houses take a moment and look behind you as you climb the back 9. Once your at the top you'll enjoy one of the most scenic par 3's with a panoramic view of the LV skyline. The climb makes it a golfers challenge and the view is why we enjoy the game. It's a great course worth a tourist play and a favorite among locals.

Great course and great views of Las Vegas. Challenging course greens and Fairways in great shape for July 31. Played at 12 noon pace was great it was like we had the course to ourselves no wait on any tee. Nice practice area. My favorite of 3 courses in this community.

This course is a great value for the money. Pace of play was somewhat slow, but not horrible. It is a retirement community, so the golfers are primarily retirees. The refreshment cart made several stops through-out the round. Not my cup of tea, but I can see how some people might enjoy playing this course.

Best practice facility on the property at Sun City, when the grass tees are open. Friendly staff, golf course layout winding up the valley with a great view of the strip on one par 3. I was there in the summer so not a lot of seasonal golfers playing in the heat but it did not bother me. Ball flies in Vegas, course plays a bit short. Good course, great value.

Completely renovated GC. Great practice facility. Challenging layout! Great value! A hidden gem!
