Golf Summerlin - Highland Falls Course

Course was in good conditions. Greens are in great shape

We received a great price for a Saturday. Fairways and greens were in great shape. I always thought this was a retirement course, but there were some nice par 5s and challenging greens. Pace of play was ok, but we did get backed up on the last 4 holes. No complaints for the price and nice weather!

Greens are very fast going to the valley. But they do roll very well.

Played Highland falls golf on January 17,2017. Weather was sunny with a little breeze but a tad on the chilly side. Staff were extremely friendly. Course was in good shape and the greens were good albeit they have subtle breaks and are quick.

Only complaint is that we were behind four people and they were extremely slow. Our round was over 5 hours and we waited on every T box- they wouldn't let us play through. No marshall on the course so if you get behind some slow pokes- you're outta luck. Other than that the course is good and the views from several T boxes is worthy of a postcard.

Sometimes courses are a free for all but this course manages play well!

Awesome course for a leisurely game! The fairways are wide and undulating! Pin placements are not too tough either! Excellent for a group of friends to enjoy a game in Las Vegas!

Unfair for non-residents to pay $20 more than residents! It is the same course, is it not! And what's up with the "cart lady" who only goes around in the morning? Hmmmm! At least that's what I was told!

First off when you arrive here the staff is incredible and very cordial.They ask if you'd like to practice at all first or just go out early(which is amazing for us who show up early.Course is in great condition considering weather and our day was clear at the beginning of our round and progressed to some clouds when once covering sun you could feel the drop in warmth.Had a fun time on this course since I had never played it and first time ever it started hailing while putting on the 16th green so little white pieces of ice were bouncing around which was neat then by 17th hole it was snowing really lite small flakes of snow but more constant then the hail and by the 18th green it stopped which was a first for me ever.My wife loved it.

The fairways are dormant so the course does not look very good, it was so slow and they charged $55 which is not very good.

Great, great staff. Played with two locals and one Out-of-Towner. Rented Clubs ($45) Nice set of Callaway's, I play Taylormade. I only had one shot to play during our stay, and this was it I had a great time on a really good course. I played in Dec and in the mountains were a bit cold but not unbearable. The course is wide open, lost two balls playing all blind shots without looking. Shot 90, with lots of three puts. The legend is, greens play slow going towards the mountains even of it appears to be down hill. Would love to play again and surly could bring my score down by 10 strokes easily. Finally, the scenery was unbelievable. Coming in on the back will take your breath away!

First, I enjoyed the friendly greeting and the patient laid back atmosphere. I was told I could go out early if I wanted to or wait for my tee time. Course was in great shape and the views were awesome. Really, enjoyed the experience.

Everything was great except they need directional signs to the next tee box on some holes. They're not readily identifiable where you have to cross streets or travel on sidewalks. Everything else was excellent.

My wife and I enjoyed our first game at Highland Falls. Despite a cold breezy day, we enjoyed the course and the terrific mountain views. Employees were friendly and helpful. We will definitely play here again.

This course was a great experience. Not to hard but hard enough. Greens in excellent condition. I will play it often.

Last four holes are exceptional!

Awesome golf course, after a long hot summer the grass is absolutely perfect. Greens are so smooth. Fairways are like hitting off carpet.

Nice course, but do not play in the middle of the day. The heat will kill you.

This course was beautiful. Not too busy and everyone was very friendly. The only thing I didn't like was there were not enough visible yard markers. Especially when we had to keep the carts on the cart path.

The course is in good conditions with friendly staff and great vistas, HOWEVER, the current situation with CART PATH ONLY really disrupted our round. Too much time was taken trodding across hiily fairways with multiple clubs in hand. It really slowed down play. Anyone with ambulatory or respiritory issues would be advised to wait out the current situation and play here only when carts are once again allowed on the fairways.
