Golden Bear Golf Club at Indigo Run

Highly recommend to others - consider this a “must play” if possible. Friendly staff, pace of play was great - the course was beautiful and in excellent condition. The greens rolled great, look forward to playing again.

My wife and I played as a twosome. Good value for the $$. Greens were in “decent” shape with a bit of a lichen type growth in spots. Tees and fairways were in great shape. Staff was really nice. We played late afternoon and the clubhouse had closed for the day by the time we hit the turn. We enjoyed this course and will play here again.

Great value since it’s an interesting course in pretty good condition. Would play it again and would recommend to friends.

The golf course is a more traditional plantation layout, with an abundance of waste areas and minimalist water hazards. The course was in very good shape and the greens were smooth and plush. The staff is very friendly and accommodating.

Unlike the more expensive and overhyped properties on the island, this is a place that one can play - and enjoy - every day. A must play on all returning visits to HHI.

We play Golden Bear multiple times every year. Course is great, but this visit the greens were very bumpy with patches of grass from over seeding. Made for difficult putts.

The course was in decent shape. Staff was nice. We only played nine, but enjoyed ourselves.

Course was in great shape, particularly fairways. We played before 8am so it was fresh, but nevertheless played as it presented.

I booked thru Tee-off as I usually do. Tee-off does not charge a booking fee. They do charge to hold the Tee time. I was told that amount would be credited to my greens fees. Golden Bear refused to honor the credit. Very poor customer service.

I love Golden Bear. Great staff - Alan outside with the carts, Mike at the Bar, and the guys at the pro shop - all wonderful and I wish I knew more of their names. For such a high end course, I would love to see GPS screens in the carts.

Great layout. Love the course. Greens were in great shape. Fairways were coming along nicely. Landing areas were reasonable. Approach shots required some thinking. Overall a great day with my brother and best friend, Will be back!
