Golden Bear Golf Club at Indigo Run

Nothing that special about this course. Would not play it again.

This course had the best conditioned fairways and for the time of year was in very good shape. If not for the minor fungus on the greens it would get 5 stars. Drinks were a good value, staff was friendly, will definitely be back

I thought the course was in better condition than previous years. .

This is the first time playing here this year. Conditions were excellent for February.

Water Hazards and tricky greens . Exquisite course very tricky . You need very developed lob shots in approach .. many of the pins have hazards

Great day at Golden Bear, especially for mid February. Fairways were over seeded with rye grass and were green and lush. The greens were soft and reasonably fast. The only drawback was we finished late in the day and holes 16, 17 and 18 played directly into the sun.

We had the first tee time of the day. The course is in great shape and is fantastic value. Everyone at the course was very friendly.

Nobody behind us, nobody in front of us. Smooth pace of play and gorgeous course layout.

We had a foursone and we truly enjoyed golfing Golden Bear. It started at the clubhouse and their friendly attitude and helpfulness, got us started on the right foot. Once on the course it was just a great golfing experience. Holes can be scored, but shots must be made to make that happen. Speed of play was spot on four our group, and we had an excellend day for weather in February. For a group of flat-landers, seeing some gators out sunning was an added bonus. As we finished we were immediately helped with our bags and continued friendly service. Golden Bear is a must if you are in Hilton Head

The course is much better than I remember from about 10 years ago. First time out since mid November in Massachusetts, and playing here was a great experience.
