Golden Bear Golf Club at Indigo Run

This course was very nice, but overbooked. Had a 2:48 tee time, anticipating to finish right at dark. Place of play was so slow due to being overcrowded, that our group was unable to play the last two holes because of darkness. Feel like we should at least get a small portion of our fees back. I was extremely excited about playing this course beforehand, and was let down due to not being able to finish the round and the pace of play.

Ran a little slow but the day was so perfect I didn’t care. Rough can be mean at times where you roll off the fairway by a yard and can’t find your ball.

Nice course that was moderately challenging. The course layout was fun and interesting Nothing too hard. Green speed was a little slow but were smooth.

Had a great time playing this very well maintained course.

Always enjoy playing this golf course and it’s always in great shape. Not a fan of 5-hour rounds though!

Really enjoyed Golden Bear. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Course and greens were in great shape. Could have used a larger course map, as the one on the scorecard was so small it was almost unreadable. A little slow, even though the course wasn’t crowded. Group in front was extremely slow, even though the Marshall tried to speed them up. Clearly playing from the wrong tees! In spite of that, we had a great time and will definitely go back next time we are in the area!

Always enjoy playing Golden Bear when I am on the island. Loved the layout and it is usually in very good condition. I played as a threesome with 2 other ladies. A 4th was supposed to be with us, but the starter decided to make 2 twosomes go out ahead of my group. I found that extremely odd and asked why he didn't put them together as a foursome. His response was they would be quicker and out of our way. Unfortunately, they were behind a foursome. We waited on the back nine quite a bit which is unfortunate. Plus, due to the way he let them out, we were 10 minutes behind our tee time. Not cool

Everything clicked at this course.. great deal for a junior golfer,, their cost is their age,, unique way to charge and much appreciated.. course was in great shape and carts are super quick.. greens rolled very true and fast..

This was the best of the 3 courses played, staff courteous, course had a great variety of holes which requires some thinking.

Pace was good, this was the only course whare we were not pushed by singles, and two somes which we allowed to play through adding to our pace of play.
