Jack Nicklaus designed the golf course at the Golden Bear Golf Club at Indigo Run. The 18-hole, public course is touted as having one of the best layouts in the area. The par-72 course offers 7,014 yards of challenging and fun golf. Golden Bear Golf Club at Indigo Run's design emphasizes strategy rather than power. Good course for all golfers

Good conditions greens and fairways. It’s pretty hard to get in a lot of trouble so I could enjoy the course.

Only issue was the pace was really slow due to a big group ahead of us.

5 hour 40 minute round - Ridiculous

One of the worst pace of play courses I’ve ever played. Course was absent of any rangers to monitor slow play. Saw the starter at the turn and interrupted his phone screen time and asked if anyone was patrolling the course for slow play.. He just shrugged his shoulders and said he couldn’t do anything about it and went back to staring at his phone. No reason for this pace of play!

Great layout

This course had the best conditioned fairways and for the time of year was in very good shape. If not for the minor fungus on the greens it would get 5 stars. Drinks were a good value, staff was friendly, will definitely be back
