Getrting Better All The Time
This course has had past issues, but they are trying hard to make it right. It is in MUCH better condition than just a year ago. I play out here weekly and always enjoy my round and the price is right. The staff is always friendly and accommodating and this course is always a challenge. If you haven't played here recently give it another try. You now start on the old #10 and former picturesque #9 is #18. So now the #2 par 3 is my least favorite hole. It always seems to eat my shorts and balls.

Getting Better
The course is looking pretty good these days. One makeshift green because it was under repair, but the rest were ok. Staff is always friendly. Seems I lose a club cover here every time I play but that's another story (not sure why they never show back up) . Nice new carts and they have switched the front and back nine. They are certainly putting an effort to bring it back to the glory days. Nice!!!
Reasonable and mildly difficult.
Just a few minor suggestions.
(1) Announce the abbreviated green at check in.
(2) Give the check in person the Pin location gor the day.
(3) Make sure to have water on the course. There are 18 holes. No water stations, not a good situation.
Staff was friendly, however tee boxes, greens, and sand traps were in very poor condition. Pace of play was poor due to multiple foursomes teeing off within 5 min of each other.
Suggestions
This course is underrated in my opinion but it needs better management. No starter or ranger leads to confusion and delays. Multiple singles out there with double and triples. It causes backups. Otherwise I enjoy this course. Great bang for your buck.

Great for the price
Very happy overall! Staff were really nice, new golf carts were a great perk. For $41 for 18 with cart included, I don’t think you can do a lot better in NoVa. I really liked the layout of the course, definitely provides a challenge.
