Great price, nice layout
Fun course with nice layout, but overall condition is average at best. Grass is sparse on many fairways and tee boxes and most greens had a lot of twigs and leaf debris. A few holes had no flags/pins. A decent option for the thrifty golfer, but scruffy conditions overall, even for winter golf.
Had the course to myself!
Beautiful sunny day and played in two and a half hours.Course was in good shape.

Not a great experience
Leaves everywhere. Wasn't able to find my bal even in the fairway. Greens were a mess too.

Good course
Interesting course that really has no overlapping holes. Probably not great if you are trying to walk it. Course was good, most of the greens were good, a couple had some rough spots. Better than some of the other places I have been to recently.

Good course
Tee boxes are jacked up and sometimes hard to differentiate colors/placement of tees. Otherwise good course and can’t beat it for the $$

Need maintenance
Definitely not coming back. Fairways are narrow, too close to residential homes and some rolling hills in bad shape.. Tee boxes, some greens and car paths need maintenance. You need to cross streets to go to the next hole.

Getrting Better All The Time
This course has had past issues, but they are trying hard to make it right. It is in MUCH better condition than just a year ago. I play out here weekly and always enjoy my round and the price is right. The staff is always friendly and accommodating and this course is always a challenge. If you haven't played here recently give it another try. You now start on the old #10 and former picturesque #9 is #18. So now the #2 par 3 is my least favorite hole. It always seems to eat my shorts and balls.
