Very challenging. Carts don't gave GPS. It has mid long par 3's. Course in fine shape.

With so many great courses in the Valley, why would you golf here. Staff was very unwelcoming, starter did not have a clue what was going on, he paired me with a threesome, and than let a single right behind us, he should have paired me with the single to better manage the pace of play

Course in rough shape as well, NOT a value, even the items in the pro shop were all second tier items, felt like I was at Walmart

We play PS golf 20 times a year. Mesquite used to be a good course 10 years ago. I have tried the course 3 times in the last 4 years, each time horrible. I probably will try it again because i am a little stubborn and i have great memories playing with my dad there. But play the indian canyons courses instead as customer service and course conditions are excellent

the sun was shinning and the golf was fun. I was on my game so the ravines didn't bother me. I wish they would put some flowers around..it would make such a difference to the show of the course.

Nice layout and some really nice par 4's. Condition of the track left quite a bit to be desired but a good test for "off -season" Canucks etc.
Reasonable value for the money!

Fairways in places were a little bear and hard. Greens were quite fast and in good shape. Tee boxes need to be tidied up, more frequent alternation of boxes and/or need re-seeding.

Club rentals are priced right but have seen better days.

I would highly recommend this course. The fairways and greens were in excellent condition. The course is very challenging but playable for my son and daughter who are just starting out. The staff was very kind and helpful.

course is pretty good shape , pace of play was good , a good value for the price

We played there on Xmas day and what a waste of a great day. We should have known what we were in for when we got to the range. The balls were about 30 yrs old and the field was mostly sand and weeds. Then we got to the course. Most of the holes have no grass on them and there are numerous items of junk all over the course. The only thing good about the course was the staff. They were awesome and should look to take their skills elsewhere

Enjoyed our round as a family foursome...not daunting but a few challenging holes. Staff was friendly and we moved at a fantastic pace. Mmm. Was able to secure great green fees through Golfnow. Only issue was poor quality of rentals.

Staff were friendly, but tee boxes and fairways were in need of maintenance. Greens were OK

played in 2.5 hours with another single. Greens were good not great. staff awsome. fairways, aproaches, and surounds need a higher seed rate, sometimes very tough lies all over, but fun to play. birdied on 3 holes but still shot under 85. like I said, tough lies all over. I'll be back to claim 80.

We have played this course many times over the last few years and last year saw it deteriorate terribly. In fact, it closed for a while and we worried that it would never reopen, which would have been bad for us as it's so close to home. However, we have played a few times since reopening and watched it improve in leaps and bounds. The bunkers have gone from grassed over to soft with fluffy sand and defined edges. The fairways are filled in and there is work being carried out all over the course. Yes, the tee boxes need a little help but I am sure that will also come. We are optimistic that this course will return to its best condition. Now, if everyone would replace/fill their divots, repair their ball marks on the greens and rake the bunkers after use - it would help the greenskeepers AND the golfers who follow you! Oh, and keep up the pace of play while you're at it!

The starter was unfriendly and uninformed, and the course was in pathetic shape! These guys must be in big trouble. The course had several dangerous holes where you were in the line of fire from other groups on different holes. It is a terrible layout, and poorly maintained. We wont be back!

Pace of play was excellent. The golf course had some challenging holes. The only bad thing was that some of the holes are very close to one another, you had to keep an eye out for balls being hit into you. Tee boxes need some work, but fairways and greens were excellent. We would play here again.

I was pleasantly surprised at the condition of the course compared to last year.
The fairways were green and a lot of the bare patches I remember from playing it last year had disappeared. The greens were very even and true and in good condition for December. the bunkers were manicured and soft.
It seems that the management had invested more time and money in making the course more attractive and playable.
This is not an easy course with narrow fairways and small greens, but with the improvements made this year, it is well worth playing for the money.

Generally I was very disappointed with this course after it being recommended to me. I am not sure if they are having a bad season or its just the time of year but start to finish it was in bad shape and very poorly maintained. They also didn't do a good job of managing twosomes and foursomes. All in all I was very disappointed and just hoping its only a phase and no more as there is many others nearby that I believe have much better bang for the buck.

Greens have not recovered from hot summer damage.
Tees have not been maintained for a couple of years.
Sand traps need maintenance.

overall a fair price for the course. The layout needs some help as it is hard on some holes to figure out where to hit your tee shot., also the holes come close to criss-crossing so that you are in the line of fire for mishit shots. The greens and fairways need some attention, but nothing that can't be remedied.

All that was missing was a gal driving a cart to sell beer.
