Course was challenging
Really enjoyed playing the course.
Plan on playing again in October
Not all that guys
So first off you are located in a big tourist area and are a public course. You don’t have to act like you are a PGA Championship course; on the cartsmen driving the course like it’s Fort Knox and the starters loading the bags and acting like they are the local sheriff enforcing the rules and policies. Like I said it’s a tourist area not everyone travels with a set of clubs and a polo shirt. When threatened to just get a refund and go down the road a mile or two all the attitude changed. Funny thing is they were on our radar for a company travel of over 50 employees for a golfing vacation. This course is off the list because of the staff Lost out on some big money fellas. Definitely mistaken the book for its cover.
Typical August
Burned out fairways and greens. Hard greens. Chip and run play only option
Lovely course
This course excels in offering challenges, cordial and accommodating staff, lovely fairways, and solid greens. The one restroom is well-located. There is water on the course, very helpful in view of the overwhelming heat. Don't be distracted by the nearby airplanes. It's my new favorite course.
great course excellent staff
Enjoyed our round on a very hot day. The course was challenging but in pretty good shape for this time of year.
A sweaty Sunday
Good round. I was paired with Kevin of Ellicott City, Maryland, my home state and Jimmy and Billy a father and son team that relocated to MB about 10 years ago. The course was wet in several places as the rains just continue on in July. Greens were well tended. Sand traps were water filled or hard pan or both, so we lifted out of them. Fairways were pristine and rough was reasonable in length. I almost never play on weekends, as I'm in 3 leagues/groups - M/ W/ F....but this was good. We were hot and tired and all wearing down after about 13 holes.
Booked on GN
Booked a hot deal for One at 1:32 pm rained earlier in the day but, had finally passed. Arrived at Course to find front gate closed. Tried calling phone # on sign and nobody answered. This was a horrible experience considering the traffic on 501 when driving there. A nice course with no guarantee of playing. Hopefully I get a refund.
Thank you Mr. Ranger
Love it when a course ranger kindly clears the way with the group in front to let us play through on the next tee.
Will always come back to play here.
Old Grouch! Good course..
Good reception at the beginning. Course in fairly good shape with nice greens. After our round at 5:40 my wife and I went in the clubhouse to change and possible have a drink. Everything was closed. We quickly changed and at 5:45 à very grouchy employee asked me were I was going?? I just ssid outside to wich he barked at us to use theback because he had locked the front door. I kept my composure but this was uncceptable . I havent s'en obtenir à proshop and clubhouse close at 5:45. Very disapointing ending.
Good Course
Course was in good condition, staff was friendly, and felt it was worth the price to play. Would recommend and would play again.

Good For the Money
As courses are teired in Myrtle beach, this is a lower tier, it is good for what you pay. They have a few green issues, overall in really good shape. Greens were fast, really like the layout, not an overall tough course but fun to play.
Higher expectations
Just average all around. Lots of work to be done to have the course reaching it's potential. A little disappointed.
Rough fairways and mud hard sand bunkers... One green totally scraped.
But the layout is pleasant and the stuff helpful and friendly.
I guess a reasonable deal after all.
Thanks
Near Airport, Friendly staff, fun layout
Starter is great, pace was quick, fellow golf mates from West Virginia were super. Great value and experience. Thanks for a great start to the holiday.
