Challenging, but we’ll maintained
Three of us played the course in the afternoon in about 4 hours. It was crowded, but after a group of slow seniors quit after 9 holes, we played the back nine in less than 90 minutes. Great layout and fun.
Cartpath only
This is the second consecutive time I played this course where it was cartpath only. The first time was after a lot of rain so definitely understandable. This time they over, seated the fairway, but when I booked on GolfNow, there was no mention of Fairway only. Not sure why we couldn’t drive up the rough or even on the fairway when it’s over seeded. In the future, it would be nice to let us know if it’s cartpath, only or the greens are being aerated
nice golf course
They had overseeded so unfortunately we were cart path only. That will change in a few days. Greens were relatively fast but beautiful, tee off great as well and fairways very nice. The rough is dormant so not much color there. And the rough is narly and penal, sometimes very difficult to find balls, pay attention. But a wonderful experience, thanks to Mike, local member, providing tips.
Very good value!
The course was top dressed so cart path only but beautiful course layout with nice rolling greens. Green fees very decent for what the course has to offer. Would return anytime.
Overpriced highly used course
First time here used hot deal for 50 a round. Normal price is much more, unless you have the local pass then it is super cheap. It shows. Fairways are old and heavy in amount of divots. T boxes most in average to poor condition. Course lay out was pretty - not a terribly difficult course.
Very crowed- overpriced for non locals - not worth the money. Cheap local course. Ok if you get a great deal under 30 or 40 dollars
Perfectly maintaed course
The superintendent deserves some praise. The greens, fairways and tee boxes were in impeccable shape. The staff is super friendly and accommodating.
There are a few very challenging holes to test your abilities. The greens are on the fast side and you need stay focused on reading your putts.
Great course
Really good course in great shape. Had my best round of the year. Will play again!
Play for conditions
Greens rolled very well. True roll. Keep ball marks cleaned up it would be better. Tough layout. Great staff.
Nice layout but do not play play after it rains
Nice layout. Good greens. Not really a beach course. Fairways do not drain. We played a day after it rained. The fairways were still almost unplayable. Cart path only. Casual water everywhere.

Old Hoosiers
Great course but! The rough was too long had almost step on your ball to find it. The other thing was course decision exiting the fairway from 80/100 yards on every hole when temperature in high 90’s no wind is a killer. Never understood why any course would make people exit at these distances on any course
