This course needs a marshal. Played as a single got through the front nine pretty easy (teed off at 310 pm) however the back was entirely different ran into a three some at 10 couldn’t get though them as there were two other three some’s ahead of them looking for balls for 10 to fifteen minutes, I would have expected better from a Nicklaus course. Won’t book this again when I come back to Vegas. Also no bag drop and saw the cart girl on the 1st green, she said I’d probably see her in the back nine NOT again great layout but couldn’t get a drink on the rest of my 17 holes and the pace of play I’d rather loose the hundred in the casino

Played multiple courses in the area and this is by far the best course. Amazing views to go along with a beautiful golf course made for an enjoyable experience.

Played on a twilight special and was able to 18 in. Staff started me in 10 so only had a 4-some in front of me on 3 holes. 1 thru 9 were wide open after the turn. Kudos to the staff for looking at the location of golfers on the course and working a single in the best place for pace of play. Stunningly beautiful scenes, great conditions and exceptional staff. Plus it is Jack’s favorite holes that he has designed on courses over his career. Perfect day of golf.

The course was in very good condition, although the greens had recently been aerated and top dressed. It was a beautiful sunny day with a light breeze. Our foursome had a very enjoyable round. I would definitely play here again. The staff was friendly. We saw a coyote near the #8 green. Very nice homes surrounding the course.

Beautiful coarse and understand that aeration is necessary but I would have expected a discount from price since not told that maintenance was on-going.

Greens were just aerated so they were a little rough. The course had some great views and was otherwise in good shape but definitely not worth paying full price for.

For the golf course itself, this is where u will want to play and play again.

Its a very challenging course, but its also fair.

Thats my favourite type of course.

Add in the fact you get to play 4 holes from 4 different courses around the country, and it becomes all that more special.

Plan a day here, get yourself a good deal on a re-play round at a very nice discount and play again .

Absolutely love this course layout.

Even with the greens punched less than a week ago, the greens are in great shape and so is the course.

Do yourself a favour, try bears best and wolf creek in mesquite.

U wont find 2 better tracks that challenge you but also are fun to play with amazing views on every tee box.

We had an Awesome time at Bears Best. The staff is very friendly. Greg the starter was more than accommodating. He gave us all the facts and things to lookout for on the course. As for the course, they did just punch the greens two days before, which they let us know. The were still fast and playable. Keep in mind this is Jack Nicholas mix of 18 holes. Our favorite holes were from Montana with the black bunker sand. Very authentic to the real course in Montana. Overall this is a MUST BOOK while in Vegas. It’s a great course and a wonderful staff.

It was an average at best course. Luckily I played on a hot deal for $80. That was still kind of high for the course. My playing partner had played it about ten years ago and said it t was night and day. Maybe if it hadnt been so hyped I wouldnt have the impression I do, but had I paid full price I would be livid. Many of the bunkers had been filled in with grass. The greens have an overseed and are slow, with several having patches of different turfs. The sands were different on some holes and none were all that great with rocks and such. They also had a black sand, dust, gravel. We joked ut was recycled asbestos. If youre vis iui tibg there are dozens if courses that are far better for either value or pl laying conditions.

Great facility and course. A little rough around the edges. Could be in better playing condition. First time I played it a few years ago it was in perfect condition. Looks like they are working on it.

Was excite to play a course affiliated with the "Bear". Always in great shape with wonderful layouts. The condition of this course was poor. Greens were very bumpy rolling at about a 7. Fairways, Rough, & Tee-boxes were fair to poor. Overpriced for what was for my visit. Staff was great, but will never return!

Course is a great layout and in good condition with lots of different tee options to make it as long as you want it to be. Greens were in good shape and rolled smooth but weren’t the fastest, which is good for the average player. Fairways were fairly wide and the course played fair. Good for the average player but could still be challenging for the low handicap players. The carts were new and had built in speakers and USB chargers for your phone. Staff was friendly all around. Practice facilities were good overall but at the driving range you are hitting off of mats. It was a very windy day so the cart girl stayed inside. She did make a good John Daly and drinks were reasonably priced. She was very friendly. We teed off at 3 pm so the kitchen was closed when we got to the turn and after the round which was a bit disappointing.

Overall, I really enjoyed the round and would definitely recommend playing this course. I’ll be back.

Course was a typical desert course. Great layout and great greens.
