8 minute tee time intervals so expect at least 4.5 hours.

Played from the black tees, a bit frustrating that the par 5's where 548, 528, 533, and then you get to 18 and it's finally down to 490. Had (3) par 4's at 420-430 yards.

Carts had GPS, but were very picky about shutting down. I would turn 15 yards in front of the "carts go left" sign in the fairway, directly to the cart path, and the cart would shut down. Carts were comfortable.

Greens were good, weren't too fast or slow and ran well. Fairways were very soft, even muddy in spots. Deep bunkers around the greens were the most interesting part of the course, but the bunkers badly need more sand. Only one hole where water is in play (#14), but most will lay up and take it out of play. Rough isn't really rough, rather semi-rough.

Starter was great, would announce whenever a group was due up on the tee box, made sure people went off when they were supposed to. Although with 8 minute tee time intervals, things will get backed up later in the day.

What a great day on the course the fairways were pristine the greens were still a little slow, but in great shape. Hopefully the golfers in the future will remember to put sand in their chunk holes in the fairways and fix the divots to keep the the legacy absolutely stunning

Played it the day before and was pleasantly surprised with a 45 plus minute round faster from day before. Course in great shape with sneaky tough greens. Great course hope i can play it again soon!

The course / greens were fantastic and the carts were comfortable and convenient ( with the GPS systems ). The carts were a little touchy with shutting down when you got even close to a "no-fly" zone, so I wish they would adjust that. The tee times were stacked too close and the congestion was consistent throughout the day. Aside from that, great course and great experience!

Mid November golf in the Greater Phoenix area can be quite pricey, as most of the re-seeding is over and carts are allowed back on the fairways. The Legacy was in great shape on Monday November 13th for our foursome, which was the first time at this golf course for all of us even though we all live in Arizona and have golfed many different courses in the Arizona. I would say the layout is fairly straight forward, there is one par 3 that you must hit over water but it's a fairly short distance hole. Good amount of sand traps throughout, but I only hit into one fairway bunker on hole #9 and got out of it easily, so my experience was the sand traps are in good shape. Tee boxes are level and plenty of grass coverage. Greens are fairly large and mostly flat so most putts are straight putts and the greens are in very good condition. Fairways do not have bare spots that I saw anywhere, and watered perfectly so that divots are taken the way you would want your divots to be. Starter was very helpful with are few pointers given to us and we did see beverage cart and player assistance several times throughout our round. Pace of play was good. Clean bathrooms and cold water to drink placed in the right locations on the course. The small restaurant has a nice large patio area that overlooks part of the golf course but their menu is limited. I would not hesitate playing again, it's a very good value and a top notch golf course not far off the freeway, so it's easy access and a great golf experience for all levels of golfers.

Fantastic course with very nice fairways, greens were a bit slow but that’s not unusual. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Marshalls kept the groups moving but it did take over 4 hours to play the course. Highly recommend this course.
