Good to play at fun & challenge course
Played with friends at a fun course. There are many up & down hills and green's condition is good.
7 October, 1212 tee time.
Pro shop and snack bar was closed to players but you could buy snacks and beverages at the outside check-in stand. There was a shortage of carts due to heavy play and many golfers riding single. On the plus side, tee boxes and greens were in great shape compared to local courses. The course lay out is fun and challenging for all levels of player. Fairways were well groomed. First cut rough was DEEP making the course more challenging. Pace of play was right at 4 hours.

Excellent tee boxes and greens. Please fix the bunkers.
The bunkers need sand.
Good condition
Never seen this course in such good condition. The course however has such a bad layout I just dont enjoy it. It's a step above general ridge, which was closed due to lack of intrest. Dont get me wrong. The fairways were well maintained, greens acceptable very clean.
Challenging and fun layout
This is among the best municipal courses in the area.

The staff is very friendly and course in good shape especially when finishing in 3 1/2 hours
I’ll be back
We had to play the back nine twice because the front nine is being aerated.. However, we really enjoyed playing the back nine twice. The pace of play was good. The course is in very good shape. I will certainly play this course again.
Challenging and fun course!
I like playing Forest Greens, it is well managed and it does not feel like a municipal course. Challenging and fun layout!
Maintenance
Only one hole I played had real bunkers with sand. The others had craters with water but no sand. Must be that the number of rounds played because of Covid can’t cover the cost of proper maintenance.
Forest Greens is challenging and fun to play. The course is in great condition for a municipal. I would like to see a shorter cut on the fairways for better roll on the longer holes. The putting greens were great!
Great Layout
Always love this course routing and the back nine is so much fun. Fairways and greens in decent shape but seems they gave up on the bunkers though. Still as other courses in the area have faired much worse in this summer I still recommend Forest Greens.
Good bang for buck
Good option in PWC right now. Course is being maintained and is holding up. Marshals could be better about promoting a quicker pace of play.
