Big cat courses
Tiger's eye is my uncle and my favorite course of the big cat courses. It was in immaculate shape when we were there this year. Greens are tough but fair as are most aspects of the course. I look forward to the vistas of this Tiger's Eye every year. Some of the holes are stunning.

Tee boxes were terrible
Looked like they were killing the grass on the tee boxes! Lots of weeds in the fairways. Course conditions have gotten much worse in last month!
Thank you for taking the time to review your visit to Tiger's Eye. We truly appreciate your patronage and your feedback. We apologize we fell short of your expectations on this visit. We are preparing the tee boxes for winter overseeding, so they were sprayed with a preemergent that makes them go off color before applying the new seed. They will be nice and green again soon and will remain that way for the remainder of 2024 and spring of 2025, until the bermuda grass breaks dormancy again. We apologize again and hope you will give us another opportunity in the future to better meet your expectations.

I didn’t make my tee time
So I can only say at the end of the day a mentor the staff called to make sure I was ok because I missed the tee time. Offered to comp me another one. I came back easy but will play when I visit in December.

Layout was great, you could tell tropical storm gave to much rain but overall was ok, tee boxes need a little work but overall not bad, greens the same way I’m sure after the summer the coarse will be perfect

The almost 30 inches of rain we received over the past few weeks has definitely been a challenge, but it looks like things are finally drying out and getting back to normal and course conditions will be improving daily. Great Layout & Staff!
Had the chance to play Tiger's Eye with my 15-year-old son and a couple of friends while on vacation. Course had just been hammered with rain after Debby came through. Fairways and greens were shaggy as a result, but the course played surprisingly well given the wet conditions.
The staff in the pro shop were beyond friendly and welcoming. They made sure to ask my son his age and charge him the Junior rate. Also noticed I had left one of my friend's clubs in the rental set/bag!
Really enjoyed the layout of the course...would definitely go back, as I bet the course is immaculate when not having to deal with nearly 2 feet of rain.
August golf
The course layout was very nice and landscaped. The tee boxes and some areas in the fairways were pretty worn out . Greens were decent.

Tigers Eye
The course has good layout and has great potential. The tee boxes need work and the fairways were a not great but probably due to the recent hurricane. Great pace and excellent staff

Good value for money at the beach
Not the nicest course but for $55 I would play again. Especially at the beach. You won’t find the value for that price anywhere else.

We were the first tee time and was able to play at our pace. Course was in good shape.

2nd Tier Course, expected above average conditions and it was avg to below avg.
My brother and I played Tiger’s Eye on the morning of July 30th. We were paired w a father/son twosome and were greated by friendly staff who took our bag and placed it on our cart prior to hole #1.
Prior to starting we were given a yardage book and a 10 min guide to scoring low by the starter. He said the course was in “great” condition and that got us excited.
Now for the bad, the tee boxes were mostly weeds, the greens were terrible. I’m not sure what kind of grass were on the greens but they were patchy and didn’t roll true at all.
Some of the holes were scenic but it was nothing special.
While there was a cart girl, no USB chargers on the carts and no Water Jugs were found on the entire course for 18 holes.
We played Leopard’s Chase following this round and found it to be in much better shape and a much better value for the money.
We will give the other two Big Cat courses a try next year.

We have had an unusual combination of weather related circumstances that has impacted overall course condition in recent weeks. A 60 day drought followed by a foot of rain in less than two weeks caused some temporary issues with the greens and tees, but these issues are being addressed aggressively and conditions will be improving daily now that more typical weather patterns have arrived. Each golf course is unique, with varying types of grasses and soil conditions, etc, so some courses do not fair as well in certain weather conditions as compared to other courses nearby, but under a different set of conditions, could be in better shape than the same comparative courses. So it is a constant process of addressing ever changing needs, but we are striving to offer our guests the best possible golf experience each and every time they play one of The Big Cats courses. We apologize again and hope you will visit us in the future and see our continued progress.
Best of the Cat courses
First time playing Tiger. Have played the other three Cat course and I rank this one #1.

Despite the 12"+ of rain we have received over the past two weeks, the course is in very good shape overall and we expect it to get even better as things dry out a bit and get back to normal. Good experience
The course was in good shape, not as good as I have seen in past . Recent rains have helped the fairways and greens. Fairways were in very good shape, just needed to be mowed, but they were behind because of the rains. Greens putted true and with good speed. They are soft and have sparse grass in many areas, but very good to putt on. We played in less than 4 hours on a Friday m.orning.

The recent extended drought conditions certainly caused some issues that we are still in the process of dealing with, but the recent heavy rains definitely helped in many ways, but also created some new issues, (Such as keeping the grass mowed properly) to contend with. Challenging course, great staff
As most of the other reviews have said, the staff here is incredibly friendly. The course is really nice, lots of challenge expected at a beach course. Plenty of water and bunkers. Greens aren’t the best but worth checking out. Definitely want to check out the other Big Cat courses
