Leopard's Chase Golf Links at Ocean Ridge Plantation

Played 4/26 and would highly recommend given the nice greens, layout and the GolfNow price. After many middle of the road courses we played in Myrtle, this was a surprising gem, just north of the border. Had seen critical reviews of the Cat courses because of poor green conditions. Leopard's greens having been reseeded were smooth and great to putt, if somewhat slow. Played in 3 1/2 hours and were welcomed by everyone on staff. Course can be tough so we played from the gold to take some of the forced carries out play - a good choice for us seniors shooting 80's and 90's. Will be on our rotation going forward. Good job Leopard crew.

We loved it. It is not for beginners. It is a long strategic course. Very nice and fun to play. Was in excellent conditions but greens are very slow. Would play there again at this time of the year. Later on we were told conditions would be quite different because of the type of grass.

Bring your A game . You have to hit it straight or you will find sand or water on most fairway shots. It is a nice layout with friendly staff. The Gold tees offer a big advantage over some forced carries.

Leopards Chase is a great layout. It will give you all you want from the white tees without being too long. The greens were the best we played this week. The staff were friendly.

Played on our way home from a Myrtle Beach golf trip, heading back north. Payed under $70 on a Saturday late morning. If you are paying more for this on a weekend, then look for something else.

Greens were in very good shape, rolled true, but much slower than the previous places we had played earlier in the week. The fairways were in good shape, but the tee boxes, rough, bunkers, and collection areas around the green were in poor condition. Not sure if it was due to recent weather or what. They have moles or ground hogs, so that might be part of the problem. .

Staff was very friendly, except the drink cart drove by us on the 1st hole (????) we declined and then we never saw her again until 14, when she drove by without stopping. Looked at us but never hit the brakes to ask if we were thirsty.

Pace of play was slow for the number of people out there. Waited on almost every shot.

Best greens I’ve played in Brunswick area this month, great layout. The 18th was very picturesque and the pace of play was 345 for 18 holes

What a great experience this course is. Tight an challenging to stay in the fairways but not to difficult to get out of the waste bunkers. All the par threes are beautiful and most play around 150 yards from the whites but required a challenging dart to get close to the hole. Excellent greens throughout. Lots of water and stunning landscaping. 3:45 foursome round with a threesome ahead of us.

Absolutely remarkable course. The lay out is challenging, but manageable. Fairways and greens are in great shape. Staff is amazing and courteous.

The course was in great condition. The staff was friendly and helpful. This was a fun experience.

Haven’t played course in three or four years , better shape than remembered from last game . Course in excellent shape staff very good , courteous friendly and helpful would definitely play again and would recommend.

Greens are VERY healthy and will hold the approach , however, on date of play the greens were very slow running at about 7. Fairways were hard , sparse and running out.

Good value for the dollars

Layout and course architecture is very good.

Would recommend highly if green speed increased.
