Slow play
A very good layout that will be too tough for average players and as a result the pace of play was unacceptable. There were 3 groups waiting o the 11th tee and we quit after 15 holes. Very disappointing,,,the ranger was too late to identify the situation and it was too late to play a 4.5 hour round,,more like 5 hours is we had of finished. Won’t go back.
We sincerely apologize for the slow play conditions you experienced on your visit. That particular Saturday was the busiest day of the year so far and we had several groups that were not very accomplished golfers. Our rangers did the best they could to keep play moving, under the circumstances. If you would contact me at blong@oceanridge.com, we would be happy to give your group a raincheck to come back and play any of the Big Cats courses again, at your convenience. Thank you and again, we apologize for the slow pace of play on that particular day.
Fun track
Nice layout. Good par threes. Only complaint was greens were slow. Otherwise had a nice time
Out of carts
Tee time was about 20 minutes late due to no carts.
A lot of no grass areas around greens.
Thank you for playing Leopard's Chase recently. We apologize for the inconvenience you described due to some short term cart difficulties we were experiencing at that time. We have been able to make arrangements to repair/replace the carts that were not working properly and this should no longer be an issue as we move forward. We sincerely apologize for the delay and we hope you will visit us again soon.
Buy some carts!
We teed off 40 minutes late because of a lack of carts. Had to walk a long way to the range. The putting green was closed. The clubhouse was a nice double wide trailer. The greens were incredibly slow. We paid for 18 and only had time for 9 because of the delays. Pretty disappointing
Great Course
For the 2nd week of March the course was in great shape. Especially the greens.
Great course in real nice condition
Only negative for me was all the par 3’s from the white tees played about the same distance. All seemed to be within 10 yards of 130 yards.
