Fun course, going through tough dry period
Enjoyed a fun round today. The whole staff was really friendly, welcoming and helpful. Going through extreme dry spell in the area, so grass on the short and brownish side. Still good enough shape to hit the ball well though, and great rolls on the shots!

Leopard’s Chase first time plsyed
Excellent layout. Very challenging with multiple sets of tees. Friendly staff. Nice greens. Love the waste areas. Will play again.

Great Layout & Great Price
Great layout. Rated in the Top 50 Courses that you can play. I would come back and play this course multiple times. The layout is challenging. The staff seems to be working to bring the course back to prestige. The fairways and greens were in great "spring" shape.

Some work needed
Course layout is great. Tee boxes and greens need a lot of work on some holes. All the “cats” at Ocean Ridge have not been maintained to the quality they once were. Sad!
Thank you for the Four Star Review. We really appreciate it. The bentgrass greens at Leopard's Chase took a beating last year from the extreme weather conditions, but they have come a long way quickly and are getting even better daily. All four Big Cats courses are improving rapidly under the new maintenance supervision and we are excited about what the future holds for Ocean Ridge Golf. Great course
Great layout. Testing it out to have our annual golf tournament here! Highly recommend as there are 4 total courses in the same neighborhood

Staff was super friendly!!!! Great course layout! Would play again! Greens were a little slow, appeared they had just aerated!

We do have to effect certain procedures to the greens occasionally, to keep them healthy, so I apologize if the greens had been aerated recently, prior to your visit. But it sounds like you enjoyed your round and we hope you will come visit us again soon and see our continued improvement!
Choose your tees wisely!
I had dreamt of playing here since I heard they were building it. I fell in love with tigers eye and couldn’t wait for leopard’s chase. Today was the day. A direct quote from my starter... choose your tees wisely this is a tough course. No joke, is it ever! I am a mid teen handicap and this sucker is relentless. Keep your driver in the bag and settle for a lot of placement shots unless you can thread needles with your longer clubs. Fairways are narrow and run out. Greens are no where near large or flat. I’d say the course was in ok condition. The beautiful waterfalls on 18 were a mere trickle which was really disappointing. Bring your best and hold on tight!

The unrelenting cold, wet conditions of this past winter have also been challenging, but now that weather conditions are finally improving, course conditions will quickly follow suit. You are correct, it has definitely been extremely dry in our area over the past couple of months and many of the courses have struggled with dry, brown areas.
