The fairways, tee boxes were in great shape, the greens were good.

The place looks good over all.

The only problem was, the pace of play was extremely slow. To many carts bunched up waiting to play.

The range is pretty short and Sandy, but the staff are very friendly and even came by while we were warming up just to check in and take our range bucket away. Very forgiving fairways for anyone who has a slice or a hook, I had a few shots like that, but was able to find my ball most of the time no problem. Some of the tea boxes and the greens could use some work and maybe new grass but most were good. The carts at one point were probably very nice as they have a golf club and golf ball cleaner on the side, which many courses in the area don’t but are very worn and the seat's need to be reupholstered. Overall the course is fun to play, especially the back 9, but the front 9 is great too! Def worth the price and even more if they make some of the changes mentioned.

Fun course because of extreme elevation changes on 3 or 4 holes (worth going a few times, but course very neglected from cart paths to greens, to fairways (?), a lot of dirt, weeds and hard useless bunkers.

Fix the greens and you have a gem. And after a few years of taking in money on a beautiful course, fix the parking lot. But greens first

First look was a little skeptical, greens were fair, fairways were actually good. Get time to play with the weather being awesome right now. Will return soon.

Course is in terrible shape. Fairways are short of grass and greens are as well. Lots of painted greens and tee boxes need some serious work. Played this course previously and liked it a lot, but has gone downhill and will not be back until I see lots of good reviews on GolfNow.

It's unbelievable how much lack of attention was evident at every spot on the course. It's an extremely old design, which is understandable since it's been there a while. But there's no excuse for the rutting to and from every tee box, upheaved partial brick patterns around every cart path leading to a green and the rock hard sand traps that feel like they haven't been tended to in years. The rate paid is irrelevant because it's not worth it. And to top it off, there was nearly a foursome on every tee and every green. So the play was painfully slow. AVOID at any cost;

Had played this course a couple of years ago and in my opinion, it has degraded. The greens are almost all mounded and have very little grass on them. The fairways have sparse grass until you get up around the greens. Tee boxes were a little over used and should probably be rotated so the old ones get a chance to heal. Not sure if it is because of the hurricane that went through the area in October, but the course could use some TLC. Until I see many positive reviews, will not be back.

Weather has changed and courses are greening ip. Brooksville is getting some green to it, however most greens lack good maintenance.

Front nine is not great but back nine is completely different nice. Much better condition and picturesque. For the money it was a fog of fun day.

Considering the challenges of the current Florida climate, this course is in comparatively good shape. Love the back nine holes!
