Rolling Oaks is one of two championship courses at World Woods Golf Club. The layout offers something completely different from the renowned Pine Barrens course at the club, but it still offers the same amount of challenge and quality. The golf course is named after its landscape of rolling hills and forests of centuries old Oak trees draped with Spanish moss. Lush, rolling fairways lead to undulating greens that are protected by sharply defined, white sand bunkers. Water hazards come into play on three holes. The golf course has a traditional design but the dramatic elevation changes and picturesque landscape covered in azaleas, dogwoods, and magnolia trees really make it stand out. In addition to the two golf courses, World Woods also offers a nine-hole practice course and a circular, 20-acre driving range with target greens and practice bunkers.

This is me on one of the more difficult par 5's. If you play it and your a long ball, play it to the right fairway...You can make it...Lol.. Photo submitted by Robert5455343 on 11/16/2013

Great day of golf
The course was great and we enjoyed it a lot .Wide fairways ,big greens plenty of bunkers
nice
greens very good very fast and smooth a couple sand traps were hard
Perfect way to end the year.
First time playing World Woods....definitely won't be my last. The course is just beautiful. I can not wait to play here again. Truly an experience.
Rolling oaks review
Course is always great to play. The ladies in proshop need some work. Very disappointed that the resultant and bar close so early. 5pm. We finish and look to have a drink and something to eat and it’s closed and there is nothing lease in the area close.
Beautiful lay out with a lot of character. Wide fairways and large undulated greens.
Great course! Can’t wait to go back and play it again. Some of the greens were a little rough but other than that it was the best public course I have played in Florida.
Pace is too slow.
The course layout is awesome and I really love the course. My problem is that the pace is too slow. The last three times I’ve played world woods it has taken close to 5 hours to complete the round. It’s just too slow It’s very hard to enjoy a round of golf and get into a rhythm when you have to wait ten minutes between hits. That only is enough to make me not want to go back. It’s a shame. :/
Fogman
Been playing this course for 12 years and it is in the worst shape I have seen. Greens are spotty and best with sand blotches on many of them. Course littered with debris and fairways are marginal at best. The only positive thing I have to say is that the staff is always friendly and courteous. I would not recommend this course at this time. Disappointed.
Wonderful golf course
I am fortunate that I get to play at World Woods regularly. I was paired with a man visiting from Iowa, and he commented several times that Rolling Oaks was a course "you could play every day and not get tired". Absolutely correct. Its a beautiful layout, and always fun to play.
Golf Heaven
World Woods is golfing heaven not a single home in sight amazing lay out challenging holes hopeful staff and just golf and its purest form
Rolling Oaks is like playing Augusta national big up-and-down track with very challenging holes that require every shot in your bag
Don’t be shocked if you have a few more strokes on your card than your normal average
Golf Heaven!
Either course at World Woods are great. No distractions! No houses. No road noise. Just golf. Driving range and putting greens are also great. Play golf. o excuse not to,
Supe course
I have been playing this course since I moved to Florida 5 years ago. It's always great. All the people are super friendly. Course is as good as u will find. Greens, fairways , and scenery are super. Don't miss this course. U will be making a mistake if u don't play this course.
Always a good experience
I am fortunate to be close enough to play at World Woods regularly....what a treat!
Rolling Oaks was in good shape - greens were fast, fairways good.
World Woods is golf at its best! Saw 3 eagles splashing in a pond on my way in...Lots of turkeys running around - Thanksgiving is coming, sand cranes, alligator, all added to the good experience.
World Woods - Sep-20
I had a great experience with the course. Conditions were great and weather was near perfect. Staff is very accommodating and friendly.
Great course.
NOT worth the money
The greens had been punched, but no warning at booking. The overall condition was just okay, absolutely no better than many tracks you can play for FAR less. The club house & restaurant is a complete joke. They could very easily let carts in the parking lot, but don't .
To be fair you can see that if they spent the money this could be a top end club.
Too many other options in the area to over pay for this.
My comment is on the guy who blasted the player who posted that 5 hour round was too slow. That is absolutely right and course should have player assistant out there to move people along. 15 minutes per hole (which is too long) factors out to 4.5 hour round. That should be maximum on ANY course. Give players a card at beginning of round regarding time and enforce it. Play proper tees and ready golf.
Yeah , its a shame other people want to play golf. May be u should request a day when the course has no other golfers. They probably don't know who u are.
