Cypress Point Country Club is conveniently located within minutes of the Norfolk International Airport and the Virginia Beach Town Center. Despite its accessibility, the golf course feels peacefully isolated, making it a great choice for golfers who are looking for the convenience of a city course with the pace and beauty of the countryside. It's a layout that is as challenging as it is scenic with strategically placed bunkers lurking along the greensides and fairways. The occasional water hazard also comes into play. The golf course will challenge players of all skill levels but it's not overly punishing for high handicappers. Beginners will still be able to enjoy a round at Cypress Point Country Club. Besides the course, the club is also popular for its practice facility, which has a driving range and chipping and putting greens.

Fun Course!
Slow play today. Normally we finish in four hours today it was four and a half. We were a foursome and the group ahead of us was behind a hole and a half when we finished. They hit several balls each hole. Tough wait each box.
Firm and running
Had a great value hot deal in a Friday morning. Course was dry and running on the fairways but slow and soft on the greens. Condition was good overall. Pace of play was good other than a slow down towards the back of the front 9. This course usually backs up on 16 and 17 but no such issue today. Challenging enough but generally forgiving of the odd wayward shot.
Play a couple of times a year and always enjoy.

If you snag the hot deal it’s a no-brainer, Teebox to green in good shape and stays consistent!

Green conditions!
The greens are in s overall poor condition. A lot of ball marks were not repaired. Greens were unevenly cut. Training green faster than the course greens.
We Love Cypress Point
My wife and I brought out teenage boys here to play a round. Course is in great condition, greens were in good shape, and the staff is as friendly as they come.
