Cypress Point Country Club is conveniently located within minutes of the Norfolk International Airport and the Virginia Beach Town Center. Despite its accessibility, the golf course feels peacefully isolated, making it a great choice for golfers who are looking for the convenience of a city course with the pace and beauty of the countryside. It's a layout that is as challenging as it is scenic with strategically placed bunkers lurking along the greensides and fairways. The occasional water hazard also comes into play. The golf course will challenge players of all skill levels but it's not overly punishing for high handicappers. Beginners will still be able to enjoy a round at Cypress Point Country Club. Besides the course, the club is also popular for its practice facility, which has a driving range and chipping and putting greens.

Nice Course
Course was in excellent condition throughout the 18 holes.
Friendly staff good course conditions
Very good customer service, which starts with the cart being delivered to the parking lot. Staff provided some course pointers and were very friendly. Plenty of refreshment delivered on the course. The greens were in great condition and the fairways were well cut and nice to hit from. The traps were also well maintained and had plenty of nice sand. Over all a great experience. As an out of town player, I will make a point to play again
Cypress Point Review
Course is a nice layout although some of the homes are too close for wayward tee shots. Fairways & bunkers were in great shape. However, the greens had not been cut which surprised me. Maybe they don't cut the greens on Mondays? Or if they did cut the greens then they were very slow. Would give it 5 stars had greens been cut.

Air Traffic Control
This place is like a beautiful airport that forgot to hire air traffic control staff. The pace of play continues to be horrendous. No starter, no marshal, several times you could see 5-6 groups on three holes, people do whatever they want. It's a really nice course/facility but ridiculous to play 9 holes in almost 3 hours! For that reason I can't recommend it!
unfriendly staff
The course was in good condition as it should be this time of the year and it was a perfect weather. Only big thing that ruined the whole day was the guy at the desk who was rude and very unfriendly.
They should train the staff on how to treat the customers.

The tall white haired man working morning shift is rude and arrogant and doesn't appear to like golf now golfers

What a fun layout. The course is in excellent condition. The greens were rolling nice. Can't wait to get back there.
Best greens played so far!!!
Bathrooms along the course are limited so use one if needed when you see it. Loved the greens. Best ones in shape around so far and I've played multiple courses here.
The course is well designed.
The course is very nice including the greens. The pace became slow when my foursome caught up to a foursome hitting from too far back on the tees for their skill level.
Well worth the money.
Nice layout, maintenance was great for late November. Good pace of play and everyone was friendly. Thanks for letting us share your course.

Very nice layout easy to find next hole as course flows well. Some of the best laid out holes I have seen on a course. I think this is the best course

Great course
Very nice track. Course that all range of ability can enjoy with various tees. Love the Bermuda fairways and awesome bent greens. Needed a ranger a few times to move along a few slow pokes
A nice layout
Enjoyed a wonderful round, the course has some challenges but plays fair and fast. Played the round in less than 3.5 hours.

There is a bathroom at the clubhouse, another on 4, one located after 6 that is also after 8 too, halfway house restrooms by the 10th tee box, and one on 15. That's a good amount of bathrooms for a golf course.
