Cypress Point Country Club is conveniently located within minutes of the Norfolk International Airport and the Virginia Beach Town Center. Despite its accessibility, the golf course feels peacefully isolated, making it a great choice for golfers who are looking for the convenience of a city course with the pace and beauty of the countryside. It's a layout that is as challenging as it is scenic with strategically placed bunkers lurking along the greensides and fairways. The occasional water hazard also comes into play. The golf course will challenge players of all skill levels but it's not overly punishing for high handicappers. Beginners will still be able to enjoy a round at Cypress Point Country Club. Besides the course, the club is also popular for its practice facility, which has a driving range and chipping and putting greens.

Lost new ping wedge
Course was soggy after 24 hrs rain. Left my nee 58 degree Ping 430 wedge on the 18th green. Was never turned. In. Gurss some lovely soul decided they deserved it.
good track
great coarse to play in area, nothing really to complain about given the time of year, maybe the tee boxes could have been better, but who is to say...
Good round, even after rain
After heavy rains the day before we played the course was still playable and the greens putted true. Staff were all outgoing and nice.
Great course for the money
Read several reviews before booking on golf now. Was pleasantly surprised at the condition of the course in the middle of winter. Fairways and greens were in great shape for winter play. Pace of play was great with 18 holes in under 4 hours. Staff was friendly and helpful.
Cypress Pt is always good 😊
I play here often it very consistently a good course. Bent grass greens always green. Greens usually slower than you would expect but roll well and hold .
Good round in so so weather
The weather was so so but the courae held up and we had a great round of golf. Due to weather the pace was really good started early and finished in 3 1/2 hours. Price was good too!
First time at course
I found a quick tee time I could make being short days and rain coming.. I got pair up with a partner.which knew the course well. The layout was nice and not alot of water until the last of the back nine.. the fairways are good the rough is rough really takes your ball down ! Really enjoyed will go back!!
Nice course
Course was in good condition and staff was friendly. The 5 par 5s and 5 par 3s made in interesting.

Course layout is excellent- greens a little slow but ok, fairways good for this time of year
Great course around this area
This is my 2nd time playing this course with the first being 3-4 years ago. Forgot how the course layout was but remembered why I enjoyed playing this course so much. For the time of year the course was in great shape. If I had time and played more often during the week/month I would become a member in a heartbeat especially due to monetary value.
