About
Nestled at the base of the San Jacinto Mountains, Indian Canyons Golf Resort offers two championship courses with stunning views. The two golf courses, North and South, have completely different layouts but they are both sheltered from the wind thanks to the surrounding mountains. The South Course is the shorter of the two, making it the more player-friendly course. That is not to say it is not a challenge though. The rolling fairways are framed by contoured mounding and four expansive lakes come into play on six holes. The par 5s are particularly memorable. There are also well over 1,300 palm trees throughout the golf course, which includes hundreds of Washingtonia filifera palms. These trees are native to the Agua Caliente Tribe and an important part of their history.

Better options
The course itself was very nice. I liked the layout with bunkers near your driver landing area. I was disappointed that I had to pay for range balls. The carts do not have GPS in them. I ordered food while on the course and never received it. Did get it at the end of our round. For the price they charge you can get better amenities at other courses.
Needed To Cancel And Got Charged Anyway
I am very disappointed. I booked a tee time for myself but had to cancel due to injury. I tried to cancel on the Golf Now app in advance but the app did not permit me to do that. I was just informed that I am going to be charged $135 for missing my tee time. Beware the cancellation policy. I've never played the course before but you can be sure I won't be going back.
Nickel nd dime operation
For the money charged per round you should have water on course provided, carts with ball /club wash, GPS and water bottles on ice. Pace of play rediculois. Covid or not i played other courses for less and got more amenities. Range balls should be included as well!!
Lovely course
We really enjoyed playing Indian Canyon South Course. The staff was excellent and the course was in amazing condition. We did feel that it was a bit pricey compared to other courses in the area.
Great Course
The course was in excellent condition and enjoyed our round of golf. It would of been nice if they had mentioned that all golf carts must be in by 6:30 PM especially when your tee time is at 3PM we just felt a little rushed trying to finish the last couple of holes on time but overall enjoyed the course.
Great condition, challenging but fair layout , staff did there best to pair me with compatible 2some.
More beautiful than most private courses
Eighteen holes of perfect golf. The course is beautiful and well maintained. The South course is at it’s best

Loved playing this course this morning. The staff are great and very friendly and helpful.
Forced Pairing with Strangers During Pandemic
I love this course, but I was surprised that my twosome was forced to play with strangers given the COVID-19 situation. Plenty of precautions for the staff, but little regard for the customers. I was’t aware we were to play with another twosome until we got to the starter. When I questioned the policy, I was told in a not so nice tone that I didn’t have to play.
I belong to two clubs that suspended pairings with strangers for the last year.
